Feeling trapped in a bad service
Feeling trapped in a bad service. I made a mistake of purchasing SMTP for email which I realised an hour later I didn't need. After raising a ticket and a phone call there was NO option to be reimbused the €74.28 because I'm a 'COMPANY'. I'm a start-up sole trader, looking to make it on my own. Not very supportive Register365 and no accounting for loyalty as I've had personal purchase with you over the years.

I have been with this website provider for 17 years and whenever I have spoken to any of the staff at register365.com I have always found them very helpful and they have always sorted out any problems I might have. I’m not very good with computers so when I have needed help with my web site I have phoned the staff and they have sorted everything out for me. I would recommend them to anyone

Issue resolved overnight
By chance, I found out that messages from my website contact page were not being sent to my Inbox. On contacting Register365, they resolved the issue for me overnight. I still don’t know what had happened, or how many messages I’ve missed, but at least now it’s working again.

Absolutely appalling company to deal…
Absolutely appalling company to deal with. I provided my renewal card details in advance, details they had no issue storing on their system and didn’t even need me to repeat when I called, yet they still deleted my account and then charged me €110 simply to restore and host my emails after I went just 31 days past the renewal date without contacting them. I was told if I can called at 30 days I would not have been charged this.
For such a basic service, this feels completely unreasonable and incredibly poor customer service. Instead of helping a long standing customer resolve the issue, the focus seemed to be on charging excessive fees for something that could have been handled far more fairly.
If I had another option, I would move away from this company immediately. I would strongly recommend looking at the many other hosting providers available who value their customers and don’t charge large amounts for minimal support or service restoration.
