Wouldn’t use them if they were last company on earth
Hidden fees total pack of fiction. Senr number plates not asked for charged a special fee not asked for. When asked for retention cert came up with a further £128 fee ( not ever mentioned) sent there advert which does say (in certain circumstance) However no appendix to confirm what those circumstances are. Add reported to ASA. Emailed that a refund would be processed then Miles changed his mind an said refund NOT possible. Then a direct insult to my intelligence stating “ I’ll make this easy for you”. Shocking way to do business. Passing it to trading standards
