Safety Failure and Misrepresentation
I strongly advise anyone seeking help for themselves or a loved one to exercise extreme caution with this referral service. I was referred by Rehab Guide to a facility in Tenerife (Revelia) which was misrepresented as a safe, clinical environment.
In reality, the facility was clinically unsafe and lacked the medical supervision promised. I was forced to flee for my safety after only 5 days. Despite being a UK-based broker, Rehab Guide has provided zero support and has failed to take any responsibility for referring a vulnerable person to a dangerous environment.
I have officially reported this company to Trading Standards Scotland ( and have issued a formal Letter Before Action. They are also the subject of a recent ASA ruling (A24-1252122) for misleading advertising. Do not trust the 'shiny' marketing—my experience was a nightmare
