This is with the help of service Technician, Andrew Steel who is always on time, friendly and thorough.

I had a mice infestation in my loft and asked for a survey of the property to find out where they were coming in and get rid of the issue. The "surveyor" came round and didnt even go in the loft. He stood at the top of the ladder and said it needed radar units to flood the loft area. The guy came out a few days later and didnt bring the radar units even though this was the service i had spent a fortune on. He said snap traps were better. I had to argue with him to get what i paid for so he had to go back to the office to get some. When he came back, he put 4 in the loft no further than 2 yeards away from where the ladder was. I asked about the "flooding" of the area and he said it didnt need it even though he hadnt gone into the loft and look around. He came back a few times, every time catching mice and then said your all done. I said but i heard them again last night on his final call out. He said no, they would be in the traps if that was the case. I spoke to customer service who agreed the surveyor would come back out and he never did. Absolute waste of time and now 6 months on, i still have the same issue which has now got worse as they are also under my floor boards. I would no recommend Rentokil to anyone for their services as the whole experience has been incompetent since the start!

Prompt action once authorisation from company was approved, due diligence, respect of environment and a great sense of humour which made the whole experience so much better.
Mandy has been into our office numerous times due to glis glis and it has always been a pleasure to see her. She is not only very knowledgeable but also has always kept us informed as to when she may be in and updates on the state of the glis glis situation in our loft. Thanks Mandy, and I mean this in the nicest possible way, we hope you don`t need to come back too soon!!

Thought price excessive for just 3 visits included together with survey. Rat not triggering initial traps. It was the fact of rat frightened by dog and running to escape up the chimney it forgot about trap and it was triggered.

Solved a wasp issue that was plaguing us for a while and other contractors could not get it done
