Poor response factor, in getting a surveyor. Once survey was carried out ,a trap technician was very prompt and professional.
6 weeks later, still waiting for a drain cctv technician. I 've had to take 5 separate days off work so far, withno end or conclusion in sight.
Very disappointed with overall experience considering a very expensive fee paid in advance to Rentokil.

We had ants in our back garden which had been a problem for a few years. They eventually made their way into our utility room which is when we called in Rentokil. We were lucky enough to have 2 extremely committed staff members, Ross and Ian, working to eliminate them. . I honestly can’t praise both these guys highly enough. They were excellent and went out of their way to give us the best possible outcome. 5 stars for both of them!

The technician who attended was punctual, polite and informative. However, he was only there 5 minutes before declaring there was no evidence of entry and the next step would be a drain survey. He did not gave ladders to check the lift, but he offered to cone back with some.

Kate Bradley has been visiting my home due to the ongoing problem with rats and has done her absolute best to try and fix the problem Kate is a lovely lady and does her best in everyday she is trying to do to solve the problem I have

We had a great experience with Nathan from Rentokil. He was extremely professional, efficient and quick to respond to us. He was friendly, helpful and clearly knew what he was doing, which made the whole process really straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble, and he dealt with everything promptly. We really appreciate his excellent service at Little Acorns and would definitely recommend him and the company he represents.

Jake visited our site today and as always was super helpful with ongoing issues, he has great knowledge and insight of our problems, and has been instrumental at getting our site up a good standard. Always polite, personable and efficient.

I called Rentokil because I had discovered that our home had bed bugs.
The surveyor Mayur who came to do the inspection was exceptional polite professional explained exactly what was needed and what needed to be done in order to eliminate this problem he put my mind at ease as I was at my wits ends especially with elderly mother of 90.
Paula our technician arrived promptly on the 1st treatment session she was very polite professional, thorough in her handling of the problem left her with the front door key as well as we couldn’t stay home while the treatment was going on.
Every visit we had 5,Paula has always been brilliant in her role and she has eliminated the problem.

Engineer was thorough and was very helpful in identifying and suggesting means of addressing pest activity.

Professional and resolved the issue with high expertise. Friendly, respective of my home and household, calming gentleman who I was able to quickly build up a rapport with. Kind, attentive, knowledgeable individual who clearly enjoys his job.

Chris Gourdie is a real professional who takes pride in his work and is clearly very knowledgeable about it. He always provides a great level of service to us.

We have had at least 5 different members of staff to the property and every single person couldn't be more helpful and thorough. Would recommend without a shadow of doubt.

Our local technician, Andy, is always punctual, professional and interested in what is happening on our premises. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Wayne, our regular Engineer, is always extremely helpful and gives a verbal update at the end of each visit to site.

We receive a good detailed report of the assessment and work that has been carried out.

Adam turned up on time at each visit, explained fully the actions that would need to be taken and the timescales involved which enabled me to ensure I was able to be on site to facilitate access to the location. Adam was very thorough in his work, worked cleanly and removed all rubbish etc at each visit. A job well done and confident the issue is now resolved.

Matt C, who was assigned to our family, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient, friendly and professional, and took the time to answer every question we had, no matter how small.

He carried out a really thorough job and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. He carefully checked the property and made sure that every possible entrance point for pests was properly sealed.

We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Matt was reassuring, knowledgeable and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. We are extremely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
