Rentokil Pest Control UK Reviews

Positive and knowledgeable technician gave us confidence our issue with pest control would be successfully addressed with the treatment

Very professional, polite, worked efficiently, kept informed at all stages,

Great service and we had a wonderful, extremely helpful and professional operative called Antony who works out of Oxford 17.
Antony was supportive and very thorough at his job.

Technician, Rob Graham, was professional and explained procedures very clearly. He made us feel confident that all issues would be safely resolved by continuing to check the situation.
A pleasant and knowledgeable person who explained everything well.

The person who provided the service was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and treated my property with respect
Ian MacMillan was a good representative of your company

Lee Woodward, who is the engineer visiting our site is an absolute legend. He's always here for us, providing excellent service!! I would definitely recommend him for a recognition award

We use Rentokil for one of our properties and while maybe a tad more expensive than operators for our other site the kit used is more advanced, the service seems more thorough, and i generally have more confidence in its effectiveness. Our technician Mariusz Wolinski is always cheerful and works around our staff and customers.

I'm very happy to know I'm pest free. Due to Darren the lovely technician who carried out the necessary work to erradicate the problem. He was polite, friendly and above all extremely professional. But....on that note in the nicest possible way....I don't want another visit anytime soon. 😊

The service was carried out in a timely manner with excellent communication and the checks had been completed thoroughly! Rony was able to provide the service mentioned

Mariusz the Rentokil engineer arrived on time. He thoroughly went through the building checking for infestation. Mariusz reset and cleaned any traps that were activated and also checked the others.
He also gave great advice on preventing any more infestation. I would use again and recommend Mariusz.

Big thanks to Christian, very thorough job and informative with next steps.

Over the last few months, we've seen a rapid improvement in our site. Thomas at Rentokil, has been key to this. Lowered our pest sightings, and helped achieve a 5 star EHO score. He's been attentive to our situation, communicated exactly what he was doing or going to do, even came to the sight within a hour of calling up for a call out. Amazing asset to your team, thank you!

Rohan Patel came 3 times as agreed and was on time very thorough courteous and informative on each occasion.

The quote from Rentokil was unbelievable... removal of rodents - £1000, drain survey £1100 plus VAT. I am absolutely astounded by the price quoted, plus it was £120 to get the quote in the first place. Local pest control (same number of visits, same treatment with bait and hi-viz powder to show route of entry) - £320. Drain survey with a local recommendation - £120. This suggests that Rentokil are trading off their reputation and massively inflating what would be reasonable. Really disappointing as I have used their services for other home maintenance activities.

Dave is amazing. Always very helpful and does a great job.

Professional, reliable service.

Christian Lawton came to our site in cannock to deal with an ongoing issue.
He searched our entire venue thoroughly until he managed to find the issue, deal with it on the day & advise us what to do going forward.

we couldn't be happier with the service Christian provided to us

Prompt- professional-safe response from the very first call from surveyor Glen- to the agents Dan (possibly 2 x Dan's) who carried out the treatment but whichever Dan were exceptionally thorough. The communication was exceptional there were calls from Kevin and a Pete to communicate exactly what was happening-when and how with an after service timeline. Their attention to detail was rigorous-meticulous and performed with great care and attention- followed by a full indepth investigation. This was so reasurring to hear my concerns were listened to. Their expertise was second to none. I cannot praise them highly enough especially Kevin who came to complete the after treatment review. If I have failed to mention anyone by name I apologise. A most traumatic expereince was treated with the utmost consideration and understanding. I cannot thank you all enough.
