Zanussi Washing Machine Tripping Issue

I had an issue with my washing machine. I booked a service with Respond. The whole process was very smooth. I am very pleased with the service I received.

The engineer came early identified the problem and was able to deal with it immediately so provided a good service

Friendly and professional and cleaned up after. Left the kitchen spotless

This us by far tge best service we have ever received. We needed a replacement glass for our induction hob and contacted aeg for help. They found and exact replacement and arranged for it to be fitted. The communication was exemplary from the start. Within 2 days we had the new glass installed and at a fraction of the price for a complete new unit.

After a week i now have a fully working washing machine, but it would’ve been sooner if lady on the other end of phone had put down the proper fault, as engineer had bought the wrong part on his first visit, but 2 days later & 2 parts later all is done & dusted! Friendly engineer who’s been to my home previously a few years ago. I have had an engineer in the past that moaned about my appliances being integrated! Overall i’m very pleased with the service & would highly recommend D&G
