Took the 3rd visit to fix . Mine is a dual top oven so once it was diagnosed as the electrical problem it was fixed straight away and in print fashion

Great repair, not great booking and customer service experience
The engineer that came was fantastic, he replaced our broken hob in less than 10 minutes and didn´t do any sort of mess in our kitchen. I strongly recommend him to other customers and this is why I am still giving 5 stars (he deserves it!).
Booking the service, however, was a lengthy process and I spent probably almost an hour to book it. I was also disappointed that in the previous week Zanussi did not inform me the (Then) booked repair was not gonna happen until I called them at the end of the day of the day before the repair to ask why I hadn´t received a confirmation text informing the time slot for the service.
So basically: engineer guy that came - fantastic; Zanussi booking service: lengthy, had to speak to different services via chat, repeat information, wait a lot. Customer service: not great, I was not informed that the first booking wasn´t gonna happen.
