A very long time negotiating when the…
A very long time negotiating when the engineer visit will be scheduled.
No back up plan in place for the company's computers failing. I had to ring a number of times to clarify the whole situation of my breakdown. The advisors were polite but seemed to follow a mechanistic procedure regarding their company's criteria for arranging an engineer's visit. The advisors were keen for me to take out different warranty covers rather then understanding my urgent need for assistance.I was without a working fridge for 10 days in this extremely hot weather. Eventually the engineer visit took place and I was provided with the necessary parts and service. My thanks to the engineer, my fridge is now in working order.

Engineer came on time
Engineer came on time, problem dealt with. Only problem was I had three different dates for call. Last update said had to change and gave new appointment earlier than previous two! Perhaps admin might need looking at?
