We are very satisfied with the service done.
We received a phone call from the engineer 25 prior to his visit. The engineer was very polite. He was able to repair the oven as he had a spare part (new plug) in his van. in 20 minutes all work was done. We are very satisfied with the service done.

Top draw service for my repair.
Kevin contacted me to see if he could reschedule to an earlier time. I was more than happy to oblige as it meant I had more free time. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently, and I was also informed that some damaged draws in my fridge freezer were also covered by my insurance, and new ones were ordered. Fantastic service all round.
