Cheaper than New Oven
Engineers arrived on time with required parts and were very professional.
I had previously tried to change the top oven element but it still didn't work.
Engineers confirmed that main board was at fault and not sending power to element.
New board was not inexpensive but I decided to complete repair in order to keep a matched oven and oven/microwave tower. Fingers crossed I get a few more years out of both

The appliance was very old and unrepairable so he would report back to get the ball rolling for a new oven

Respond Services were very good. They gave us a 3 hour window arrival time the day before they came and they arrived within the allotted time. They got straight on with the job and fixed our oven door very well. I was very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.
