My experience with Revant Optics has been great. Installing new lenses for my Ray-Bans was surprisingly easy, and the instructions and videos made the whole process straightforward. Once you have the frames, there's really no need to keep buying expensive new glasses. Revant makes it simple and affordable to keep them going.

I’m really happy with the quality of the replacement lenses – they fit perfectly and look great.
However, I was disappointed to receive a customs invoice of SEK 266 (approx. $25) from FedEx upon delivery. This brought the total cost to almost $100, which isn’t really worth it for older frames.
There was no clear information during checkout that I’d be responsible for additional import fees.
Love the product, but the unexpected cost left me feeling a bit misled.

I just ordered the wrong lenses. It was completely my fault and they gave me a full refund. I have multiple pairs of sunglasses that I have replaced with Revant and the lenses are very good. Excellent experience.

Ordered sunglass lens for Oakley Sutro. My lens got lost in the mail (not their fault) . They were willing to send me a another one but due to timing, I asked for a refund. The issued Full refund with no questions.

Swift, effective response

j'ai commandé une paire de verres pour les Oakley Juliet, en version polarisée. les verres reçus étaient parfaitement inutilisables ! trop épais, pas le bon rayon de courbure, mauvais profil de découpe empêchant le verre de tenir dans la monture, et même verre trop court dans la largeur laissant passer la lumière ! je ne comprends pas que cette société prétende fournir de verres de remplacement à l'identique, ou alors je n'ai pas eu de chance, mais résultat catastrophique. Seul point positif, un SAV assez sympathique (en anglais) qui m'a finalement remboursé (sauf le port).

Heather with the revent optics team was absolutely amazing. I reached out with what I thought was a wrong pair of lenses and it turned out to be user error. (I picked the wrong sunglasses to replace lenses). But they were responsive and quick to answer concerns and couldn’t be happier with the company. I will be definitely using them in the future and will refer any friends to them as needed.

Heather was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I had quite a few! Wonderful and outstanding customer service. I’ve been buying your products for about 10 years, keep up the great work!

Given a non existing DHL tracking number and of course no lenses turned up after 4 weeks.
AI Reply to my e-mail, the same excuse or the same story all the time.
Wondering if this company is a real.

Excellent lens and fit my Oakleys and fitting them was so easy to do. They even have a video for you to follow. Packaged very well and easy to track delivery from USA. Used the company before and replaced my other Oakley lens. All were scratched due to a lot of use over the many years and both are like new again. Very pleased with delivery, quality and ease of replacing them. Such a great option when you have frames you enjoy. Highly recommended from my experience and value for money.

I first contacted Costa about getting some lenses for my sunglasses with no luck.. I sent photos qnd Costa didn't even know the model I had. Only help I got from Costa was that my glasses were discontinued and offered no help at all other than a discount on another pair of glasses. A pic to Revant quickly identified the model as Costa Pawleys they had the lenses in stock amd a few days later I had my favorite sunglasses back.

I had an older pair of Oakley's and the lenses I ordered did not fit. They were quick to send out a new pair once I got the lens measured. They were far more helpful and friendlier than the Oakley store.
The other lenses I bought for my Holbrooks are great.

I ordered the wrong size lens, totally my fault. I sent an email stating my mistake. Heather reached out to me to offer her assistance. She had me send some pictures of my frames and lenses. I just received my new lenses and they future perfectly. Thanks Revant and Heather.

Revised review… the issue was resolved promptly. Will continue to work with the company

Hi Dealing with Revant support could not have been any better . I made a mistake myself when ordering and realised when I seen the order email I got on to support and Heather replied she was so helpful an unbelievably nice person, sorted out my problem for which I am very grateful 🙏.

Terrible! Ordered lenses over a week ago. No contact, no shipping. All it says is label has been created. No telling when I will receive my order. No phone, no support. Stay away.

Revant goes above and beyond

Customer support doesn't exist its all AI trying to take care of you. I attempted calling and contacting them but have not gotten any responses and phone just says we are to busy to answer a call on repeat. I ordered a week ago and item just says label created pending pick up. Stay away from Revant order elsewhere.

I ordered lenses for Oakley Fives Squared glasses in Hungary, they arrived in 18 days, tasteful box and case, perfectly fitting and surface lenses, they also sent me an instructional video on how to replace them.
