Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Refused to take my fridge freezer due to 'access issues'. There were none. The two men attempted to take the appliance out of my arched doorway in an upright position. They asked me what they should do. I suggested they try tilting it. They repeatedly asked me what they should do. They took photos and called their office. The appliance was brought into the kitchen by two men, but these two men could not get it out. Even worse, they refused to deliver my replacement appliance. Embarrassingly, my son and I (55 and with arthritis) managed to take it into the garden in less than five minutes. Would not recommend.

I haven’t received my replacement…
I haven’t received my replacement fridge freezer yet. The courier company are hopefully delivering it tomorrow. Delivery time is rather slow to be honest. I really hope I never have to replace my fridge freezer again soon.

I was kept informed of delivery times.

Very efficient service
My order was expedited by Domestic & General following an insurance claim. The entire process was rapid and the TV was delivered exactly as promised. I didn't choose RGB Direct as they were the nominated supplier but no complaints from me.

Failed delivery and refund being…
Failed delivery and refund being withheld
I ordered a TV from RGB Direct with delivery arranged for today through BJS Home Delivery.
BJS texted me at 08:22 saying they expected to arrive at 08:59. When they failed to arrive, I chased them and was later told the TV was still “on the route” and would be delivered that day.
It never arrived.
I then contacted RGB Direct and cancelled the order because I needed to purchase a TV elsewhere. I have never received, signed for or taken possession of the television.
RGB Direct have now told me they will not issue my refund until their own courier returns the TV to their warehouse, and that I should then allow another 5–7 working days.
I find this completely unacceptable. The TV has never been in my possession, so whatever has happened between RGB Direct and their courier should not result in my money being held.
I have submitted a formal complaint and asked for my refund to be authorised immediately. I will update this review depending on how quickly and fairly RGB Direct now resolve the situation.

On the day of delivery, our courier encountered a road closure which unfortunately prevented the delivery from being completed as planned. We appreciate that you were subsequently advised that the TV was still on route, and we’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
We completely understand your concerns regarding the refund. As the order was cancelled before the TV was delivered or signed for, the item needs to be returned to our warehouse by the courier before we can complete the refund process. This is a logistical requirement to ensure the order is properly closed and the stock is accounted for, rather than any suggestion that you had taken possession of the TV.
We can appreciate that this is frustrating, and we’re sorry that the situation has caused you to feel that your money is being unnecessarily withheld. Your formal complaint is being treated seriously, and we will review the matter and the refund process as a priority.
Please accept our apologies for the failed delivery and the inconvenience caused.

Avoid at all costs
Awful service. I ordered and paid. Order made not processed. Had to call and got arrogant costumer service saying they never got the order but I said I hand the bank transaction ID and PayPal receipt. Took half a day to cancel. Phew saved from these clowns. Avoid this circus
