Excellent service from the Bristol branch!

Although the TV wasn’t in stock, it was delivered to my home within a few days!

My experiences with Richer Sounds at the BRISTOL BRANCH (I have been buying all my HI-Fi,TV,s and all my entertainment equipment from them since 1973) and as always been nothing but all round excellent, by that I mean there Prices, cannot be beaten the service is Second to None, as for the Staff you won’t find a better team anywhere for their friendliness, knowledge, politeness, helpfulness service nothing is too much trouble for the team. I think 10 Stars are more appropriate than 5 Stars and more.
If you are looking to purchase your Hi-Fi, TV or any entertainment devices RICHER SOUNDS is the perfect and only place to purchase from. Keep up the excellent Service at RICHER SOUNDS BRISTOL.

Delivery drivers need to be more careful, (two separate occasions) but apart from that very happy. I’ll just go to store to get my next speakers

Jonathan, who served me, gave great advice and helped me through any questions I had. The product arrived the next day, which was a great surprise, and was fairly straightforward to set up. I had purchased a complete surround sound system, although I had spent a little more than I expected, the sound was astonishing and I'm more than pleased with it.
I have previously brought equipment from Richer Sounds and I have never been disappointed, I would always recommend them.

Helpful & very knowledgeable staff

Purchased an Arcam Radia A25 from Richer Sounds in Bristol. Very happy with the amplifier as a significant upgrade over my older Arcam Diva A70, everything is bigger, more powerful, punchier and classier than my old amp and the on board DAC is a step up compared to my Wiim Ultra, vinyl also sounds lovely through the new amp. The service from Jonathon was top notch, not only did he sort a very quick dispatch, he also offered the amp at a very competitive price and the follow up call to see if I was happy with my purchase was a nice touch also. Excellent as always from the Richer Sounds team.

The team at Bristol were brilliant and quickly answered my questions before taking my order. They also followed up with a curtesy call to see if the installers had been in touch.

The staff did not address my questions as to the items suitabilty for my requirements.
I therefore cancelled the order amd received a refund.
I will be buying a TV stand elsewhere.

Excellent service. No messing about. Order completed quickly and delivered to store. You might pay a little more but you know where you stand with this company.
