I've made several purchases from Richer Sounds, and always been happy with service/delivery.
Only ever had one problem with a tv. Richer Sounds have an excellent service policy.
They sent it for repair on 3 occasions but fundamentally there must have been an unrepairable issue.
With that, they offered me generous compensation on 3 yr old unit, and also arranged delivery and collection (of the faulty tv).

So far so good.
Not their fault the tv was faulty but in my opinion they did all they could to repair and eventually compensate me in order to get a replacement.

My purchase came with a Six year warranty and free delivery. Delivery within two days by BJS Home Delivery, who again were excellent.

Item wasn't in store when I checked. The staff member ordered it for next day delivery, no problem. Perfect.

WOW WOW a huge thankyou to Diego Justin & Stuart at the Liverpool branch of Richer sounds.been a customer of theirs for well over 40 years.hifi comes & goes some staff come & go but what stays is the integrity,helpfulness & knowledge of the staff at Richer Sounds Liverpool.had a problem with a piece of hifi bought from them & was worried sick about it all.enter Diego cool & collected over the phone immediately arranged a replacement & even though he would be on his day off liased with his staff to organise everything.without going in to too much detail everything went extremely well with no drama.where else would you get this ?

We had be looking online for recommendations for a starter audio turntable & speakers for our 13 Yr young granddaughter. I had previously bought Triangle speakers for my hifi system from Richer Sounds after receiving excellent advice so we gave them a call for advice on a starter unit.
Following the advice we visited Richer Sounds to discuss our requirements & were shown an Audio Technica that came highly recommended as a starter unit along with Edifier speakers - both of which we purchased.
The staff were as usual, very helpful & of course knowledgeable which made it easy for us to decide, we left with the kit, happy.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who didn't mind me answering my novice questions. Will definitely be back at some point for a speaker upgrade for my new turntable.

The phone was answered quickly by Justin. Very pleasant and Helpful. Query was answered quickly and professionally. Richer Sounds are my 'go-to' retailer. All the staff are focused on excellent customer service and they take ownership of the call, never passing you onto someone else. Thank you for your customer care.

Excellent service, went into the store looking for 24 inch tv for summer house. Was served by Stuart, who couldn’t have been more helpful. They didn’t have the tv in stock, so I arranged to pick it up from the store.
Next day received a phone call saying it was in,
But when I got home and took it out of the box, I realised I should have gotten a 32. So rang up and spoke to the store manager Diego, explained what had happened, was told to bring it back and pick another bigger tv.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Brilliant experience all round.

Diego the manager was really informative and helped us make the best choice for our needs . We didn’t feel at all pressured to buy and he gave us a good deal . The items we wanted were in stock and he helped us to put in the car . Diego said if we needed any help at all to just ring the shop and I feel he genuinely meant this .

Diego was fantastic. Listened intently and arrived at a solution that suited my needs to a tee. Top points.
