Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough Reviews 

I wanted a Majority Bard internet/DAB+ radio. I ordered it click and collect from Richer Sounds Middlesbrough for next day collection. I was informed when it arrived, and was greeted with polite, efficient service when I collected it. All good.

I have taken some time to decide what I thought I needed to play my 1980's vinyls. David was patient knowledgable and supportive with my choices.
I came away with a turntable and speakers. They sounded amazing in the shop and just as much at home.
David took the time to explain the setting up of my system and balanced the turntable.

So friendly providing a balanced opinion for our needs rather than pushing us towards unnecessary products with functionality that was superfluous to our needs. We also realised one purchase was unnecessary and took it back and were refunded with no qualms. Will be returning.

The Sennheisser Momentum 5 are excellent compared with the competition. However, above all else, it's the service given in the Middlesbrough Richer Sounds branch that consistently wins the day ... it's exemplary, leaving everyone else standing. Top job guys!

What an excellent shop Richer Sounds at Middlesborough are. Dave helped me choose some new wireless headphones. I was free to spend 2 hassle free supportive hours in their sound room. I recently bought a Hisense tv from Richer Sounds. Now, encountering an annoying issue with the on screen mute display, I tried to source an answer via the Hisense website. AI intervention, absolute nonsense and waste of time. Today, I spoke to David at my local Middlesbrough store. Within 4 minutes, he provided me with a simple solution. Absolutely marvelous and top notch customer service as always. Just proves you can't beat talking to a human being. Spot on again Richer Sounds.
