Very helpfully tele sales initially who told me they didn't have the item I wanted in stock but that I could phone one of their shops direct who still had the product and order from them. Called the store in Middleburgh, very helpful and order was placed in 5 minutes and item delivered.

Great service from initial enquiry to receiving my purchase. Was initially going to have item delivered to nearest store to collect, but was offered free next day delivery to my home address saving me 40 mile round trip. Also price as VIP member saved.

Looked online and found prices for an Arcam CD5 player.Richer sounds not the cheapest but I was aware of there price match/beat policy so followed instructions to contact them.
