Second time of using richer sounds and I won’t be going anywhere else, this time called in for a new TV and dealt with Tom. Tom listened to what we needed and found a solution, he also mentioned an offer that was on one of the TV’s we were looking at and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do, we then got a phone call to see if we were interested still as the offer was finishing that day (we were away at the time so was going to call in on our return) I was able to complete the purchase over the phone and it was delivered the day after our return. Keep up the great work guys I will be back.

Staff very helpful got what I wanted

I was served by someone who knew exactly what I was looking for (possibly more than I did) and the product we came up with has been ideal.

I was dealt with over the phone in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner. I was informed that my TV was too old to repair and that my best option would be to buy a new one. I was not pushed into buying a dearer model than the amount I had budgeted for, which made me feel happy to want to recommend Richer Sounds as a very good outlet for TV's etc.

As always, excellent help getting answers to questions not answered from the manufacturer's website or even product manuals. Thank you Tom.

Reserved the Yamaha receiver over the phone called in to collect easy transaction and with the VIP membership had the 6 years warranty added

I was still on their system from when I purchased a Denon HiFi and Dali speakers about 10 years ago!

On the day our TV suddenly broke, it was quite a stressful situation—especially since we had already chosen the exact model we wanted, the Samsung QN90F. Unfortunately, it turned out to be out of stock almost everywhere, including Currys.
Thankfully, we found it at Richer Sounds—and it was absolutely the right choice! 🔥
The TV was available straight away, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. They explained everything clearly, gave great advice, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We always choose Richer Sounds as we always get excellent service and advice and this latest visit was no different.
We had an old piece of kit ( a recording freesat blu-ray player) which had failed and required a replacement. Alan checked out various options for us but none fitted the bill. He researched possible solutions and discussed them with us but again for one reason or another they weren’t suitable. There was no replacement for our unit currently on the market but he persisted and found a suitable option that was due to be launched in May.

Incorrect colour hifi rack ordered. Quivk call and the store phoned the warehouse and got changed for correct colour and next day delivery

I found your opening times not customer friendly eg midday opening . Also a HD lead for £32 ! It may be good but the same thing was available in other shops for £10 over 200% cheaper .

Got a phone call from the manager apologising because i hadnt got the discount off after spending over £300 pound, he explained there was a new lad learning the ropes & thats why i didnt get it, Andy made it right by giving me the discount which i aporeciated, i have never had a problem with the shop before & wouldnt hesitate to go back again. Told me what i needed to replace my project audio system that have given up the ghost over 10 years old ... got a great deal and great service very happy with my purchase and a lot cheaper than the same unit from other suppliers

I have always bought my TVs from Richer Sounds. Their people are knowledgeable and helpful. When my 5 year old Samsung developed a fault, their 6 year warranty came into play and I was offered a credit towards a new TV in lieu of a repair. I was able to get a suitable replacement for not very much money - and another 6 year warranty. Person Inspoke with was helpful in answering all my questions and making the transaction easy. Honestly, just buy from these people. The price will be right and the service (and warranty) will be there when you need it.
