It didn’t take long to get a reply to my email and when I did I was met with understanding. I had originally ordered a product from richersounds.it and had it cancelled as I wasn’t in Ireland but their price was much better than in the uk. I was offered a discount that brought the price closer which meant I could still afford to go ahead with my purchase. Very pleased.

Excellent service as always - we have been customers for over 30 years. Great advice, excellent selection of products and keen pricing (special thanks to Vik). Also unlike many vendors, the 6 year guarantee is actually worth the paper it is written on - we just had a more than satisfactory and prompt service after one of our TVs developed a fault after 5 years. Throughly recommended.

Just bought a new TV which Richer Sounds were happy to price match when I told them where I'd seen a lower price, Friendly staff, no weird bots answering the phone, such a nice change! Delivery quoted as a couple of days but it arrived the following morning which surprised me as I live in rural Scotland. Outstanding service and delivery.

I recently had an issue with a faulty TV purchased from Richer Sounds, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how they handled it.

While it’s always frustrating when tech doesn’t work as expected, the team made the resolution process entirely stress-free. They organized a replacement flawlessly, maintaining clear communication throughout and ensuring the swap was handled quickly and professionally.

It is rare to find a retailer that stands by their products so effectively after the initial sale. If you value peace of mind and genuine customer care, I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve been a huge fan of Richer Sounds for many years and I love their prices and range of brands from affordable to high end.
It seems that, like many places nowadays, not everything is in stock and some items have to be back ordered from the suppliers.
Whilst this may not be ideal, it seems to be more common and I guess stores don’t have the extra expense of holding items in stock that may not sell for a while so I do understand.

That being said, having paid for my order (that in itself was tricky as the link I was sent didn’t work and took 3 goes to go through) now I’ve been told that my item would be with the supplier on the 4th March and sent out straight away. I have had no communication from the supplier and I was due an update from RS today which didn’t arrive.

Would’ve been 5 stars but a slightly impersonal and confusing order process means I can only give 4.

Excellent customer service from Paddy who was extremely helpful throughout. Unfortunately my initial TV was damaged during transit. Paddy explained all the available options and ensured a resolution for customer satisfaction. A unit was quickly shipped out and the other collected. All very efficient and helpful service. Long warranties and top tier customer service both strong reasons to buy from Richer Sounds.

I bought a Yamaha AC receiver and signed up to Richer Sounds VIP account to avail myself of £10 off first order. When I went through to payment it didn’t show £10 VIP membership discount. I contacted customer services and spoke to Geoff. Geoff was friendly and sorted it out immediately sending me a link to pay with the £10 off. The Yamaha receiver was the cheapest I could find and it’s absolutely brilliant. I put my Pro- ject record deck and 5 wired speakers through it. I’m 64 so I’m now going down memory lane playing my vinyl records… fantastic- would highly recommend it and Richer sounds.
