Easy to use website with excellent details of products all at fantastic prices. I purchased online for store pick up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant all round service and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication prior to placing order for Humax Aura PVR (checking specs etc.), and ordering was easy and issue free - the agent I dealt with was great and very helpful. Delivery on time and no damage (was packaged very well). Pleased with my purchase - as with many other purchases from them - will definitely continue to use them again.

I have used Richer Sounds in York before, and been very pleased with their assistance in helping me to select a HiFi sound system. This time I wanted a flatscreen TV. I was shown all the various TVs, and expertly assisted to make an informed choice which suited my needs and my budget. I’m so pleased that I decided to use Richer Sounds again.

Was struggling to decide on a tv for my new house, thankfully Arron at Richer sounds in York was very helpful in helping me decide what was the best fit for the new house, and he was very friendly too, a great first time experience with the company and couldn’t recommend Arron and Richer sounds more than I am !

Popped into Richer Sounds in York today and had been served by Kevin. Can i start by saying his knowledge on record players is truly impressive and is such an amazing gentleman. He had helped me pick out my first record player ( Argon Audi TT MK2) and had also helped me with how to use the player, few accessories id need and more. The info was truly appreciated and his service was impeccable. No pressure into buying anything but my gosh did he do a fantastic job at helping me pick my first player. The other gentleman also who was in the store was fantastic and had provided the same level of knowledge around the topic. Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant store and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend to all.

The person behind the counter was very patient and helpful. He spent quite some time researching into the piece of equipment that I needed. The Bluetooth adaptor that he recommended works perfectly.

On this occasion we were served by Kevin who was friendly, polite and listened to our needs.
Once home our initial choice proved not so good so were returned and another selection made. This we still have and are happy with it.

Very friendly, efficient service. As a woman of a certain age, I often feel dismissed in electronics stores, but Richer Sounds in York was fantastic. Very helpful staff. They didn’t have what I needed but were able to order it to be delivered to my home and it arrived earlier than expected!
