Richer Sounds - York Reviews 

Bought a pair of Martin Logan speakers from York Richer Sounds. In branch experience was good. Order placement to delivery was very quick.Oh and the speakers have exceeded my expectations.

GOOD GUYS, patient when unsure what units to go for,no hard sell and worked really hard to get me sorted.
Will be going back to sort speaker upgrades.

I'd never buy hifi from anywhere else. Superb expert service. No pushy sales. Real passion and patience. They care for their staff and customers and it shows.

Absolutely great service from the York team and a special shout out to Kevin who helped sort out a delivery to my parents address. He went above and beyond. Called back when he said he would and just gave sound, helpful advice.

The team at York were brilliant in securing me a Loeve TV which fitted my existing (expensive and stylish) TV stand. Not only that but when the TV was delivered to the York store they put it on a trolley and delivered it personally and on foot to my flat 20minutes away. That goes ‘Above and beyond’ in my book. Thanks guys.

I visited Richer Sounds after recommendations of several friends. I took details of room size, current amplifier, distance I sit from speakers, and musical preferences. Senior Sales Advisor, Sean, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I was given a demonstration in a 'listening room'. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy. The speakers were delivered to my door less than 24 hours after my visit. A very satisfying experience; a big thank you, and I won't hesitate to re-visit when I have further hi-fi requirements.

I went to the York shop, and spoke with the manager, Joe, and we made an appointment for later that day. When we arrived, Joe had some HiFi separates in my price range ready. We listened to the sound, and he brought in different speakers to produce the sound I wanted. He took all the time we needed, and then took my money and arranged delivery for the next day. The system is fully assembled and functioning, and it looks and sounds terrific - thank you very much!

We we were looking to upgrade an old defunct blu-ray surround sound system and didn’t know where to start. Kevin at Richer Sounds in York was brilliant gave us some really helpful advice and recommendations for a new system and setup the speakers in store so we could hear the quality. We are delighted with the new system - it sounds amazing so very happy with the service we received.

Bought an LG oled tv and Sonos sound system from the York branch. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products they were selling. They set the systen up for us to listen to and offered advice on the suitable components to buy, which incidently were not the most expensive.
Highly recommend the company.

Everything you do each time I buy a TV is first class, the understanding, the suggestions you make, the price. One thing that needs work is the delivery couriers you used for my latest delivery. Communication was mixed and I was having to do a lot of chasing and phone calls between you and the couriers.

Excellent service with Kevin at York. We were looking to buy a Sony tv, due to it's impressive sound performance. After reviewing my hifi set up, Kevin advised running the tv sound through my Dali speakers. We purchased a Philips OLED tv instead. The picture quality is incredible, and we saved approximately £700 against the Sony. Could not be happier.

I found your staff knowledgable and helpful. They helped me put together a great system that fit my purpose. At a decent price. I had to have one piece delivered, and DPD was the only aspect that was suboptimal. But my Richer Sounds experience was top notch. Would definitely buy from you again.

As a long time non cd user the after sales info was more than helpful. Helped me setup the equipment.
