Everything from the initial enquiry when they took us to see a 77" TV hanging upstairs, to us going in 2 days later to buy the seen TV, was perfect. Aaron was exceptional when we purchased the TV and even arranged speedy delivery (less than 48 hours) as well as making sure the gentleman who initially served us was put down as the salesman (assuming for his commission)

I was extremely pleased with the effort the shop made in supplying my TV, they communicated well took a genuine interest not like a lot of online sellers that are just moving boxes. Not that it’s any fault of the shop but I am disappointed in the quality of the Samsung TV given a price tag of £650 but that isn’t the shops fault that is the manufacturers fault I had expected a better picture quality from Samsung given that price tag. I know it’s not a £2000 television but I did expect it to be better than the £300 Sony that it replaced. But to reiterate, I was very pleased with the service from the shop and would certainly recommend to other purchases and I would use the

Excellent knowledgeable service

Although only a relatively small purchase, staff treated me with equal respect and courtesy, giving good advice.

A streamer I had purchased decided to stop working 14 months after purchase which made it out of the original manufacture guarantee.However as Richer Sounds had given me 6 years warranty I was covered.
They were polite and dealt with it straight away so much so that I added money to the original cost and upgraded.

they know the meaning of good customer care without going over the top.

I've used Richer Sounds previously and they were my first port of call when looking to replace my ageing television. I was given good advice, no pressure sales tactics and was left alone until I was ready to buy. Once bought, the TV was delivered ahead of schedule. I fully recommend Richer Sounds for their product expertise, advice and prompt delivery. The extended warranty is good too!

Purchased a Marantz CD player from your York store which was delivered a couple of days later. In setting it up discovered it was faulty,CD tray wouldn't go back into the machine. Rang the store who arranged a replacement immediately and am now in possession of a fully functional CD player having had the faulty one collected.This was all done within a week and I was more than happy with the service provided and will certainly continue to use Richer Sounds in the future for your excellent customer service, which is a real point of difference these days,and great choice of product.
