BEWARE. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! They don't honor their guarantee on their vacuums. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and string you along until they don't respond anymore!!!!!
I purchased a vacuum in December 2025 and when I received it, immediately could see it was not what was advertised and was of extremely poor chinese quality. I have been trying since then to return it for a refund but have been totally unsuccessful.

The lifetime warranty on the frame means nothing. I had the bike for 27 years (a good length of time - and with a lot of use it owed me nothing), However if they say a lifetime warranty, then they should honour it. The frame split near the back axle and replacement was refused on the basis of age. Again, fair enough if you don't offer this kind of warranty - but I guess they just expect me to be dead by now

If you do anything to give you peace of mind, keep your purchase receipt, particularly for lifetime frame warranties, brilliant bike over the years, but developed a stress / fatigue fracture right through the middle of the headtube, a machined part, not welded by the way, it's an older bike, but has never been used in anger, well maintained, and never let me down, mostly original apart from tyres, grips, and brake linings over the years, but unfortunately, no receipt, no warranty, oh, and the original purchase independent retailer closed down a few years ago, I was kindly offered a new bike at a 20% discount, but unfortunately not financially viable for me, lesson learnt, disappointing.

Bought a Ridgeback Melody 16 inch kids bike second hand to refurbish for the little one. It was missing the stabilisers. Can't use so-called "universal" training wheels, because the rear axle isn't long enough to incorporate extras. Why they didn't make the axle just half an inch longer is puzzling to say the least.

The bike has custom fitting positions at the rear of the frame for the manufacturer supplied stabilisers only. Looked online for spares, only to find out that Ridgeback don't do spares... for ANY of their bikes. They even sell bikes up to £2,000, and you simply cannot get official spares.

The manufacturer's website says "Unfortunately, we do not range Ridgeback branded components for after sale. Your local Ridgeback dealer may be able to source a spare". Seriously? If I bought literally ANY home appliance, it is written in law that spares must be made available for a minimum of 10 years after the product is discontinued.

I'll never buy or recommend a Ridgeback ever. What a bunch of clowns. I now have to manufacture my own custom stabilisers, starting with 3/8 inch axle extension bolts.

My front chain ring bent like wet cardboard after 2 weeks.

I bought a Ridgback bike in 2006. When after 16 years the frame cracked by the rear derailleur, I went to the shop I purchesed it from. The bike shop contacted Ridgeback who after checking over the photos, agreed a warranty replacement. I now have a brand new bike. Thank you very much Ridgeback!

great bike but it came with a life time guarantee for the frame. The frame cracked where the seat post enters at the weld.Sent the bike back to Ridgeback with the receipt, they made excuses about the bike not being looked after properly - which is not true - they refused to make good their promise of a lifetime guarantee so i would defiantly not recommend Ridgeback - lifetime guarantee was bait they used to attract buyers
