It’s disappointing given the café is still listed online as available, yet there seems to be little genuine information provided about its status. Potential buyers should be aware of this before making enquiries.”

Easy to set up advert and got quite a lot of interest via the site. Only struggle was not having a Delete button for the ad once you have sold/withdrawn and no longer wish to subscribe just to tell enquirers that you have a buyer.
