Owen the plumber who came out ..was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He also called to say he was on his way and good to his word turned up ontime.

Highly recommended. I was kept up to date throughout via texts and phone calls from Gully the engineer and from the office prior to his visit. Gully was a true professional, he listened to me explaining my issue and he was friendly, diligent, thorough and cleaned up the rubbish and messy bits you expect to get with any plumbing work, and even that was minimal. I was really happy with the work and ease of payment and he gave me peace of mind with the 12 month guarantee. Thanks Gully!

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting a day of my life. Called at 11.30. Said someone would be round in a couple hours. Took my bank details and gave me a reference number. No one turned up. Called back at 5pm and told me I had a text to say no one was available. They didn't send a text, when I stated that I was put on hold. Then I was asked a question about the boiler and I was told bookings team would call me back, I even asked if it was too late and was told no. No call back, no engineer, a young family without hot water for another night and this terrible company also have my card details.

The only good thing was the response time. From then on it was not a good experience but it was a very expensive one. A boiler repair was attempted but it wasn't successful but that wasted at least a day. A different plumber said it was bound to be a futile attempt. I asked for an adjustment and my plumber said he would email his opinion but I suspect he let me down on that.
The quote to replace the boiler was not unreasonable actually but I used someone else.

I would rate this company zero stars but that's not on here.
Being told there are NO engineers available at the weekend when my tenants rad leaked all over and needed replacing. I had to pay another group to do it. Despite paying three full premiums on three properties! My home did not get the gas safety check I paid for last year. A female operative told me in October, We dint have enough engineers, call again in the future. They have enough operatives to take my payments in full every month, then do not deliver what is due. Employ more engineers!
And as for safety...the TEN gas certificates , 2x5 on two houses for the last five years, every single one was unfit for purpose when they were needed in court. The Dont Care Club took over 18 working days, that's over a month to eventually head them correctly, not with spelling GUESSED by the area manager, even though I write out the correct details in every word and e mailed it every day for those 18 requests ...I was left unable to take my tenant to court. Disgusting. There us a law that upholds customers rights. Trading Standards, and the Gas Regulatory board and Gas Ombudsman next. You have not kept me or my tenants safe. You have compromised us all! No apology, no offer to service my boiler when I raised this. 8 think every one of your 12,000 plus customers deserves to know what they won't be getting for their money. Your vital safety certificates , will be jungles by people who do not know how to write them....so yes you will be overcharged , for defective paperwork! Shane, cis the engineers who actually do the fittings and plumbing are good at their job. Be Careful!

Have used them twice. Very prompt service. Both times the plumbers were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They let you know exactly when they will arrive, so no more waiting in all day and then being told they have been called out on en emergency. Highly recommended.

He gave good notice before arrival, was polite and efficient .I was very happy with his work.
I am not pleased with the way this firm take payment.When I paid for the first part of the work last week, I had to pass my card details to someone I had not spoken to previously and felt very uncomfortable.
Despite being 100% happy with Stu,I have to say that unless this firm change to a safer method of payment I will not use them again

They were so quick to get my fault sorted and the engineer stu was really good explained everything and got the job done

My experience was fast and efficient! I rang in the morning and was booked in by lunch. Gully was polite, friendly, professional, informative and thorough with his work! I would 100% use this company again, no waiting time or issues whatsoever

They advertise in local magazines but are a national company, the person in the advert is not the person you will be dealing with. They are extremely expensive for what they do and rush through the work that they do, how do you do a proper boiler service in 10 minutes and charge over £150.00 to do it ? I wish that I earned that sort of money.

After using their website, I had requested a plumber to attend a Golf Club to fix a water problem. The girl taking the detail listened and explained everything well including the charges I should expect. She gave me details of the expected communication I would have with their selected plumber. He would call me between 8 and 12 the next day when coming to visit.
I was at the Club early and he contacted me to tell me he would be arriving at about 10 past 10. When he arrived I told him my problem and showed him access to the loft in the building. After he failed to do any work to fix my problem citing a bad back as unable to get to the water tank, he left. I contacted Rightio contesting the bill. Within a few hours, I had a reply that after reviewing my case they had decided to cancel the invoice. Hurrah, an honest company, and one I would certainly recommend, having a clear customer focus.

I had a toilet leaking water into the 2 flats below me, Owen was amazing at fixing the issue and was fully transparent on the work that needed to be done, top notch service!

My only feedback would be for Rightio itself, when calling through please be as transparent as Owen! Don’t agree a time if you can’t commit to it, I had to have it rescheduled twice

From first contacting them for plumber we had an engineer on site within half and hour. We were kept informed of the engineers arrival time by text. Very polite and professional. Job could not be completed on the day due to parts, but came again next morning. Again we were kept informed for the engineers arrival time. Would highly recommend Rightio and will definitely be using them again if required

Great service. Saved our time from finding and waiting handyman and overpaying them and end up finding them not again if anything goes wrong over the time. Thank you. Hope service remains same all time.

Phoned my grandmother and said they would charge £166 plus VAT for replacing a shower. Then proceeded to ask if she was in charge of her own finances! They asked for card details up front and said that nothing would be taken!! Needless to say it is a no.

The engineer was committed to finding and repairing the leak and he really impressed us.
