Serviced boiler. Came on time and serviced boiler.

Fast reliable service found a plumber quickly that arrived at my home on the date that was scheduled had to return the following day with the part that was needed to do the job which he did and completed the work required

Engineer was polite, friendly and did his stuff without fuss. Fortunately he was slim enough and flexible enough to get into the space under the bath, which was far too difficult for me.

Great job. It thought being a simple leaking, then found a broken pipe segment behind the wall. The engineer took an extra length of effort to repair the broken pipe before installing the new tap. Job very well done.

What an amazing company. As soon as I reported the job, they give me a time for someone to come out. He arrived on time and sorted my job out in 15 minutes. I pay monthly for this service and I have to say, it's worth every penny. Really fantastic customer service. And that is rare these days!

We identified an issue with an attic run-off pipe and contacted Care Club to fix it. Their engineer quickly identified the cause of the issue on the first visit, ordered the part right away, and then they scheduled the follow‑up repair the week after at a time that worked perfectly for us.

The plumber was booked for this morning but didn't show up. However, they arranged for another on for the afternoon and he did the business in seven minutes, Could have been five stars!

The engineer was so very thorough and did a good job for us. He completed the service record book and said that we would have a follow up call later in the day which we did.

First class service as usual as you would expect from care club engineers,! Quick and efficient!

Engineer arrived on time did the job required to a high standard

The experienced engineer, Owen Bailey, worked very hard to resolve the difficult and complex problem with my gas central heating system over five-and-a- half anxious days . This required perseverance and intelligence. He was also considerate in ensuring my personal safety throughout the job.
