Gave them a call to change a stop velve under sink the gland had a slight weep which he did stop by cranking it as tight as he could which is a no no.
Then we went out into the street to turn the main stop velve off i went back in house to check water had stopped but was still running he then said the velve in the street was vaulty and i need to call severn trent because water was still running he suggested putting a new stop velve above the old one which is poor practise so another no no all this whilst water still running which i said no and i still got charged £125 plus vat for him being here for 15 mins.
Severn trent came out 2 days later and confirmed nothing wrong with valve in the street so if you want to pay to have a job not done this is the company for you

I rang Rightio and the plumber came out within two hours! He was polite and friendly.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Rightio to anyone. Great service from start to finish. 10/10

They are pretty dear, but the service is very good indeed. The Lewisham plumbers/engineers come when they say they will, come with the parts, get the work done within the quoted time and leave everything working and tidy after them. Only gripe: he left the smart-controlled boiler switched to 'summer mode' and we had a chilly snap a few days after. Took m a while to figure out why I had no CH!

Customer service is really good and staff are polite and thorough. Job was complete efficiently and quickly and have no complaints about the work. The only negative is it’s very expensive. I paid £300 including parts to fix a leaky toilet. Would recommend if you can afford a slightly more expensive service

My experience with Rightio was excellent from the minute I phoned them. Customer service was fab, call out was prompt, no call out fee and the engineer Owen was amazing if I could give him 10 stars I would!! Friendly, polite and very helpful.
Was extremely happy with the work and price and was so happy that I took out a Care Club plan with them so now I have peace of mind too. Well done Rightio!

We had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Rightio gave us the best quote and the engineer Hamid turned up on time and completed the job within the hour. This company is very efficient and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.

On time, and gave us an update about his arrival time. Replaced our faulty electric shower without difficulties. Pleasant and enthusiastic, Knowledgeable and quick.

An absolutely incredibly efficient experience. The answer the phone right away took down all my details and explained everything about the job and the fee. I was sent a reminder by text and telephone when the engineer was going to come. The arrived was very cheerful and fixed the issue in minutes. We are very grateful.

Technician was efficient and quick.My concern was the price to unscrew the metal panel at the back of the cooker and connect 2 wires.

I'd give zero stars but web page won't let me. Absolute charlatan of a company. Don't turn up when promised, misdiagnose serious issues, bombard with calls as each shift doesn't have full case details. Only interested in closing case off their system, not in fixing actual problem

What a joke of a company.
Check all work carried out by there so called plumbers. They TOOK all my copper pipes out of my bathroom. I only had a radiator fitted. Well over priced for it as well. WOW and the customer service even worse.
AVOID before you get ripped off.

The engineer arrived on time and was courteous and efficient.
After completion of the job (a leaking washing machine inlet valve) the leak reappeared the next day. The engineer was easily contacted and picked up a new valve on route. This was successfully fitted and there have been no further problems.
