PHONED THIS COMPANY FOR A PIPE LEAK, THEY CAME GIVE ME A PRICE, I PAID £1,000 DEPOSIT , THEY COME TO DO IT & SAID THEY COULD’NT DO IT AS FOUND ASBESTOS THEY WERE’NT REG TO REMOVE IT, SO GOUND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB , STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY £1,000 DEPOSIT BACK & STILL PHONING MY PARENT’S HARASSING THEM SAYING THEY STILL OWE ANOTHER £500…… FOR WORK THEY DID’NT EVEN CARRY OUT…..COWBOY’S STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

After phone call describing problem, leaking toilet cistern I asked foe quote to change and replace cistern. Quoted £178.00 plumber came round after 1 1/2 hrs looked & said will go and get replacement. Rightio phoned me 1 1/2 hrs later saying it would now be £408.00. !!! I said no way Pedro cancel all. They said debt collectors will be in touch. I bought new cistern plus flexi pipe £ 37.00 all in. Took me 1 hour to fit. This firm is to be avoided.

The communication and booking procedure was clear and user friendly. Different options were available e.g. phone and email. Good time keeping and customer was kept up to date regarding arrival times. Plumber was professional and polite. He immediately identified the problem. Had a spare unit in his van and stopped the leaking systern. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. An excellent service and would recommend this company.

Gas engineer dishonest and didn't service my boiler properly. I contacted the manufacturers of my boiler to enquire correct procedure which the engineer didn't do. He also lied. Stay clear of this company

The plumber himself was lovely but I didn’t realize this was a huge company as I called them via an ad in a local pamphlet. They also try to sell you boiler insurance which is most probably a scam. High price for what it is too.

Avoid this company if you can, in particular if you have elderly parents. Their business model seems to be to target elderly customers & exploit them. They took a £1K deposit off my 89 year old Dad a month ago and still haven’t refunded it despite me calling to cancel the order.

Great service from start to finish also learnt a few things as well which always helps booking nice an easy process great technicain who was super helpful and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue would highly recommend

I called your company, I think on the 9/5, to arrange for a plumber to come and give me a quote, he arrived 14/5 and told me he would submit his assessment to the company, and they would get back to me. I called on the following Monday 18/5 to find out what was happening and I was told they would get back to me by lunch that day. Today is 26/5 and I still haven't had a quote. This means that I haven't been able to use my bathroom for over 2 weeks and have had to rely on my local gym.

It was a struggle at first trying to find right item but they never gave up and kept me informed

I called them out because I had intermittent hot water and no pressure. Guy came and messed about with pressure for about 15 mins. An hour later no different and no hot water at all. Rang back but not interested. Just trying to sell me a new boiler. £200 down the drain- literally. Will not recommend.

Very quick and effective service, honest and to their word

The service was efficient and speedy. The engineer did the job with care and explained what he was doing. Really impressed.

The shower was broken and needed a new thermostat valve The engineer turned up on time very knowledgeable had the problem sorted quickly left no mess very happy

The engineer was very professional and completed both jobs within the hour. Plumbed my dishwasher in and fixed a leak in my downstairs toilet. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice.

My experience with Rightio has been extremely disappointing and distressing. Following works carried out at my property, multiple issues arose which have required independent inspections, remedial quotations, and ongoing attempts to rectify the situation. What should have been a straightforward job has turned into months of disruption, stress, and additional expense.

The matter has now been ongoing for several months, with very little meaningful resolution despite repeated communication and evidence being provided. I have had to involve my bank under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and arrange further professional assessments due to concerns regarding the workmanship and resulting damage.

The ongoing delays and lack of resolution have had a serious impact on my wellbeing and home environment. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to thoroughly document all works, communications, and payments from the outset.

Rightio came out almost immediately to repair my boiler and the engineer was very helpful, professional and polite. I would recommend this Company to all.

They are a terrible company with no conscience with ripping people off they charged my elderly father near £200 to then not fix a leaking tap. When challenged on this they said he agreed to the fee for diagnosing the problem. I was not surprised to find out later they have been on watchdog and rip off Britain.
