Steven James was great service very easy to work with and helpful if you ever need anything

Nick G came and installed our Rijo coffee machine and he was great. Great communication on phone and very easy to talk to whilst here and felt at ease asking any questions. He gave us a very thorough lesson in how to use the machine, so we felt confident in using it after hed gone. Thanks again.

Great machine, delicious coffee and excellent service! A big hit for our business already! Engineer Sam was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and easy to understand training on how to use the machine and what to do in the event we run in to any issues.

Been fairly happy with the machine although a bit fed up with their constant tele sales calls.
I made a service call to them and despite paying about five thousand quid for the machine and over paying for their products on a regular basis, they cancelled my service visit because in their words I am "not buying enough products from them". What disgusting people. My machine is going to the tip now and only two years old!

I have used Rijo 42 for a few years, they offer the most delicious coffee and hot chocolate. Their customer service the simply THE BEST

I have been a customer of Rijo for over a decade; they were the pioneering brand that introduced fresh coffee to golf clubs. While it's true that dealing with quality brands often comes at a higher cost, Rijo proved to be great value for money. Their machines have a lifespan of two to five years beyond the initial lease term, resulting in significant cost savings for any club. Their dedicated golf division ensures fantastic service, and in the rare event of an issue, they are diligent in making things right. Their advice has consistently been invaluable, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any club manager. It's easy for anyone to offer cheaper services, but what truly matters is the unparalleled value for money when considering the complete package they deliver. If you need any advice, speak to Steve Robinson, he’s been running this for 14 years and is incredibly helpful and knows all about true customer service.
