Reliable service
I have never encountered a problem with RingCentral, their service or staff. Whenever I've needed advice on anything they have been quick in helping me and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Easy to use
I use RingCentral every day. It's easy to use and directs our customers in the right direction for their query. The voicemail area makes it easy to handle the missed calls.
We had a few crackling issues, it was reported and dealt with.
All in all, I think it works really well for what we use it. I would recommend.

Easy to use
Easy to use, low cost platform. Lots of additional features including video calls, call recordings and internal chat. Very happy with this as the VoIP phone solution for our business. Friendly and UK based support which is second to none, if you're lucky like me you might even get Cameron Wickenden as your point of contact!

Easy - Straightforward - Reliable
Ringcentral make it so easy for me to receive phone calls from certain geolocations that i wish to be present & market. Call comes straight though to my mobile. Dashboard makes out of office / holiday auto messages easy to apply. Been using for 7 years and haven't had any issues :-)

Great service over all
We had a few hiccups porting my number over to begin with but this was more BT fault then ring central.
Been using them for a few years now and had no problems the portal is great.
Love the voicemail system and the app makes it easy to call customers back when I'm not even in the office.
As for pricing and support I have nothing but good things to say, a bargain of a service overall.

Great facilities, easy to use and very reasonably priced
We use Ring central for the office and when I am out on the road to see clients all over the world. It is very easy to use, total integration with what we use for example phone mobile a landline and the internet.
I would recommend trying it to see how it compares to you existing system or to enhance and move to the latest in technology driven solutions.

Full flexibility for the modern business
Ringcentral is a great platform offering flexibility for our business. We are based in three locations across Europe and benefit from seamless communication and team collaboration as if we were sitting next to each other. We can easily take and transfer calls, adopt the very user friendly messaging and video-calling features, even benefit from one external number in each Country. It is also very easy to scale up or down. We would definitely recommend Ringcentral to any modern business.

A solid system that does what it says
A solid system that does what it says. Pricing is good.
It might not be the most intuitive UI for setting up, but their customer service is helpful. I do recommend them to other people.

Great solution for hybrid workforce
For a hybrid team, Ringcentral provides us with a phone solution that works for us! We have direct dials meaning our clients can get hold of us whether we are in the office or working from home. It's a great solution and I've never had any issues with it!
