We had a great service. Jeremy was absolutely amazing. He perfectly knows all the collections, can easily recommend the furniture suitable for your needs and always happy to help to make a right decision. We will definitely come back!
PS. We didn't like approach and quality of service in other store that is located closer to tube station on Finchley Road.

Misleading Promises and Lack of Accountability
Our experience with Roche Bobois in London (Finchley Road) has been very disappointing. When we visited the showroom in June, we expressed concerns about the timing of our home construction and whether we should wait to place our order for an expensive piece of furniture. During our showroom visit, Jeremey assured us that the item could be stored by Roche Bobois until our renovation was complete (we mentioned this could go on until early 2025), which convinced us to go ahead with the purchase sooner than planned, as he was offering a small limited time discount.
Unfortunately, despite these assurances, Roche Bobois Operations is now requiring that we take delivery while our home is under major refurbishment. When we asked to escalate the issue, we were not given any information on how to do so. Surprisingly, the operations staff informed us that Roche Bobois has had this issue before and has asked sales staff to stop making these storage promises—yet they still won’t take ownership of their staff providing incorrect information and putting the onus on the customer who was given incorrect information/promises by Roche Bobois staff.
We had planned on purchasing more furniture from Roche Bobois, but after this experience, we’ll be looking elsewhere. It’s disappointing that making the sale seems to have taken priority over customer care and follow-through on commitments.
