When you oder make sure everything is correct. This company will auto ad a $3.99 charge to protect their shipment. Worse, they create a shipping label as soon as they receive your order so it is impossible to cancel even know the package is still in their facility and even know the package is not schedule to arrive until 10 days later. The small discount is not worth the hassle dealing with their customer service

I ordered my new Callaway clubs on Monday which was Labor Day. Clubs delivered on Thursday. My clubs arrived in perfect condition. I have to say, as a first time buyer from Rock Bottom Golf, I researched in depth before I pulled the trigger because the price was almost too good to be true. Maybe it was a Labor Day sale; but they beat all the others by hundreds. I half expected to get factory seconds or something. Very impressed! Will tell everyone I know looking for new gear to give Rock Bottom Golf a try.

Ordered WIDE shoes, the shoes they sent were narrower than my medium width shoes. Asked for return and refund. They charged me $20 for shipping!!! ($10 each way) I should NOT have to eat the shipping costs both ways because of misrepresented item.

Bought a hybrid club from them. Received late due to shipping errors. Club was in horrible shape. They claimed it was value. I claim that it was used to pay off a gravel driveway for the last three years. I was just outside the month they give you to return it because of shipping. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. They don’t post pictures of what you’re buying.

Ordered Logo overrun Srixion Softfeel balls. Received a mixture of Srixion models, not suitable for my swing speed. Processed confusing refund process with chatbot. Did not receive refund on shipping. RBG incorrectly fills the order, and the customer has to eat the shipping costs. Rewards bad order fulfillment process and punishes long time customer.

It's not their product,.it's their shipping practices. Using USPS is a nightmare. I never received my item as it got lost in the mail. 2nd time in 3 months USPS has lost my item in the mail. Buyer beware, you may or may not ever get your item.
