Rock Bottom Golf Reviews

It was easy to compare the item I was looking to purchase against other brands and models on your site. Once I decided which one I wanted to purchase, the checkout process was easy and the item arrived in perfect condition on time.

This place won't even let you leave a bad review on Google when they screw you over. I never received my order and they said they couldn't give a refund and to take it up with UPS. This is after 10 years of purchasing over 10k worth of good from them. They screwed up them blamed me and sent me multiple degrading and rude emails. Don't waste your time with this horrible company. They will not take accountability for anything and thier products have really went downhill. Either come scratched or dented or some other defect. That is why they can sell them cheaper now

Thanks Rock Bottom!

The prices are great and the service is impeccable.

It is better than I expected..hits better and longer than my 4 star Beres

Club is in great shape

Great prices. Easy ordering. Items shipped quickly. Tour Exotics are the best. Lifetime warranty. They stand behind it. Rock Bottom rocks.

Ease of purchase and delivery time were exceptional. The product is exactly as presented. Cudos to Rock Bottom!

Great equipment at a great price and fast delivery at no additional cost!!

good prices for prizes at a charity golf outing

when i made this order the website said i would get delivery before christmas . it was shipped in a timely manner . the problem is that you can't put anything to be shipped by the post office and tell your customer that they will recieve it by a certain time .

Great selection and prices! I got a "like new" putter at half retail price that still had the seal on the club face. It was a holiday week so it took a few days to leave their place but arrived in about five days after ordering so no complaints. I will be back!

Order was delivered in timely matter. All items shipped correctly

Delivery was prompt, merchandise was as described I am very pleased!

Great price, fast shipping.

Ordering used equipment is always risky. But the club I got was in terrific shape. I brought it to my golf shop to be regripped and he buffed it up a bit too. When my husband opened the box, he thought it was a new club!
The shipping was quick and well wrapped.

Perfect. Great product at great price and fast delivery.

Got exactly what I ordered at a great price. Used standard delivery but because they pulled and shipped my order so quickly I received it in under a week.

Your representative was an unprofessional agenthandled my order very poorly. Your advertising is somewhat misleading as far as returns, because this set of clubs doesn’t work for me and because I tried hitting them return for full credit isn’t possible. I would not recommend you to anyone.
