Rock Bottom Golf Reviews

All good, delivery on time. My mistake, thought the "steel" was the head, not the shaft. Not anything like the performance from the graphite shafts that I have on the 5 & 7 woods. Always learning!

Delivered on the date that they said it would arrive.

Customizing the clubs was super simple, and they all turned out great.

good price and fantastic shipping

Good website, easy to use. Items and price were great!

My order was timely & correct. Although my 1st time & not much to compare to , I am satisfied with this order.

I appreciate the accurate and speedy order and follow up.

Ordering was simple and the prices were great compared to other options.

All good. Had problem with the loft on 6 iron but it was credited so thank you. I guess a final check before packing would have picked this anomaly up.

I ordered 8 used clubs. 6 of the 8 arrived with grips hanging off the end of the clubs shaft. They asked me to go to a local shop to receive a quote to fix them and get reimbursement. They then redacted that offer after I spent my own time and money to help them fix their problem. These clubs were ordered in the condition category described as "All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club." So, after they screwed up the clubs and I went out of my way help them, they want them returned.

Dislike the 3 wood grip much to large for my hand requesting refund on that item

The 3 Wood I bought has a "rattle" in the hosel or club head. Seems as though it has a flaw or not made right. What can be done to fix this? All the other items are fine

Had the golf cart I wanted and it shipped our right away!!

Easy to navigate. I found what I was looking to purchase. Fast shipping.

Thanks for the great product in a fast delivery

Customer service was great. I got the club, Mizuno 5 wood, that I wanted. I had it extended and regripped by local shop because of error on your website.

Received a used set of TaylorMade M4 Irons on 2-15-24. They were were listed a set of M4 21 irons. They had the the shaft listed as a Aldila Relax 55. That is a M2 shaft. The correct shaft is a Atamos - Fujikura. I called the next day to return them and was told I could not return them to get my money back but could return them for in store credit and I had to pay the shipping. They said it was my fault because I didn't do my homework. They claimed that there were 100's of club/shaft combinations. The customer service manager was rude and basically hung up on me. Have had much better service at Global. They are fair and sell what they advertise without having to check on them as to what they are selling.

Great deal on the Wilson Staff utility iron I bought, wish I knew about this place sooner! I chose the longest shipping option to get free shipping expecting it to show up weeks later, but it was at my door in 4-5 days.

I also bought two polos and a phone mount for my cart, and they were all good quality. Great place to bargain hunt for golf gear.

I have ordered from Rock Bottom Golf in the past and will make purchases in the future. Great experience. Easy to place an order and items arrive on time and in excellent condition.
