I've always found Rocket Remit to be…
I've always found Rocket Remit to be efficient, competant and reliable. I am a Director of an Orphanage in Africa, and dealing regularly with Africa, often presents small glitches in our transactions. Rocket Remit always fix the problems with a minimum of fuss, or give a completely feasible yet fixable explanation of the problem if we have to wait for the Africans to fix the problem. I've always felt safe and comfortable that I found such a great, friendly, reliable company to do my transactions for me, right here in Oz. It wasn't great. I did not know what to do so 5 stars came up. I don't like the service. Too much to do that goes wrong and I am told to just refresh the page, a pain. The first time I was told to give a valid phone number -- mine. Lots of things like that, but I knew the info was correct.
Sorry I like to give a good report, but I can't. You say its just three steps.
After half an hour I finally got my gift sent overseas. The problem wasn't me completely. I did forget some things. But when I put the right things in, they kept getting knocked back. At least John was nice. It still took a long time, too long. Next time I hope I can genuinely give you five stars. Margaretha
