I needed a alloy wheel as a spare. Ordered with roguealloy. great service they called to double check on the wheel i needed as my motorhome is a bit of an odd one. It arrive in good time with advice to double check that it fits. Only issue was the studs on my van are short. they are sending a set for the wheel. Great service.

I purchased a set of wheels with shipping to Northern Ireland. A few months later (with less than 1,000 miles of use), I noticed one of the centre caps had fallen off. I contacted the seller and received a quick response, assuring me he would send a replacement. I provided two delivery addresses – one in Northern Ireland and one in the Republic of Ireland.

However, after two weeks, nothing arrived. I followed up again – the first message was ignored, and on the second day, he replied saying he had shipped one and would send another just in case. I was understanding and assumed it may have been lost in transit.

Another two weeks passed with no delivery. I messaged again to follow up but was ignored for three days. Eventually, I left a negative review due to the poor communication, after which I received a quick response claiming that two replacements had been sent. He also asked if I needed a third one. I clarified that I hadn’t received any and only needed one cap.

At that point, I decided to just order a replacement myself. However, the order was cancelled shortly after I left another review on Facebook, and the seller began messaging me, calling me rude – simply for following up after nearly two months of delays and lack of tracking.

To make things worse, I also discovered that one wheel had a missing bolt and two loose ones. It turns out the centre caps are held on by only two real bolts, while the remaining three are plastic and purely decorative, which is both unsafe and misleading.

The seller also mentioned that his “lifetime warranty” only applies if customers post pictures of their vans with the new wheels online – something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase, nor stated anywhere on the product page.

Kept up to date throughout the process from Ruby & Dustin was brilliant, and so friendly and professional.
The fitting staff were tops as well, so helpful and friendly, they did a great job.
I’m so pleased with my alloys , they do look brilliant.

Great company and superb wheels. I called in and picked my spare wheel up as I needed it for a trip and the guys were super helpful and friendly. Good communication throughout and they all went the extra mile.

I purchased 4 x 16 inch alloy wheels and tyres from Rogue and they were delivered almost the next day . On fitting them on to my motorhome there was a n issue with the offset of the wheels but after contacting Dustin at Rogue they ordered new wheels for the van . We travelled down to Reading for a long weekend and went to Rogue`s workshops . The new wheels were fitted and problem solved . I can not praise Dustin and all the folks at Rogue highly enough , A great bunch of folks and a fantastic company to deal with . Wishing them every well deserved success .

Brought some wheels for my camper from these guys, excellent showroom with all wheels on display. Very friendly staff excellent value for money wheels look good quality and life time crack guarantee whats not to like. Special mention to Louey in fitting bay did an excellent job and cleaned the while lettering on my tyres cheers mate looks great!! Would definitely buy from and recommend to family and friends.

18 months ago I bought a set of CC2 wheels and at the time of the sale the service was 100% from start to finish.
This week I needed some additional equipment for the wheels and even now the service was top class.

Really happy with my wheels and tyres wish I could give 5 stara however, just a few smalls things prevent this.. I added my selection to my basket after seeing a 10% discount code advertised online, I entered the code however it didn't work. Eager for my new wheels I ordered anyway and emailed the team afterward, to which Chris assured me he would sort it out by saying"leave it with me" last I ever heard? Never mind still really happy with my new wheels. Secondly they state delivery within 3 working days, I ordered on a Thursday and by the following Tuesdays I still hadn't received a despatch email. I ofcourse emailed the team requesting an update and the despatch was confirmed within the hour, great! My thoughts are if I hadn't emailed how long would I have been waiting though? Issues aren't a big deal really apart from I could have save nearly £200 if the discount code had worked but none the less still very happy with the service and get lots of compliments on the wheels!

Well pleased with new wheels and tyres, after a bit of a wait, but was kept informed as to what was going on. Nice little extra because of the inconvenience of having to wait, T shirt cap and some wheel cleaner. Thank you to the team at Rouge alloys. Cheers Mick

Renegade alloys fitted this morning at their fitting site in Reading. Very pleased with them. The whole buying and fitting was 5 star. All the staff very nice and polite from office to fitters. Quick turnaround. Would recommend if needing new wheels etc.
