roguealloy.co.uk Reviews

Fitted my new wheels and tyres last week, I noticed that the centre hubs are made of cheap plastic which is disappointing & if knocked I think they will break easily.
Took my vehicle on to the motorway for the first time a few days later and the balancing was all over the place, went to my local tyre fitter, basically they were over balanced (too much lead) and it cost me to put right not to mention the inconvenience.
Rogue Alloys right enough eh!!!

I emailed Chris at Rogue for a set of alloys for my truck and can honestly say they are top quality and also had all terrain tyres fitted balanced to an high standard..

+++++HIGHLY RECOMMEND +++++

Paid £1100 for wheels and tyres, never received them, had to issue a county court summons to get my money back, avoid these people, I work hard for my money, don't risk your hard earned with these people, scammers

Excellent service really helpful one of the best companies I have dealt with highly recommended

I bought a set of transit custom alloys from these guys and they are great and great service and communication from the guys there .

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for wheels now .

Thank you .

We bought our new wheels and tyres from Rogue Alloys about 18 months ago, They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, asking details I’d not even thought of regarding the weights, wheel sizes and dimensions of the vehicle, The delivery to my local garage was arranged and carried out faultlessly, with the packaging being amazing, as my garage said..
Rogue Alloys answered the couple of email queries I had on pressures almost immediately, and have ALWAYS been courteous and professional in All correspondence. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and services to anyone, and would purchase wheels and tyres again if and when we change our vehicle…We’ll done Rogue Alloys..

First time I have used Rogue Alloys. Wish I had found them years ago. Highly recommend the service & fitting, large selection of wheel to choose from. I left with set of wheels & tyres fitted, the customer really comes first with these people. Such a pleasure to deal with a company & staff that care. Big thanks to Lauren (for the help & advice)& the fitting crew.

New Wheels & Tyres - Made Easy

After thinking about alloy wheels for my VW Van I popped in on the Monday to see what was in the showroom as I wanted to see the wheels in the flesh and not just online.

The guys at the shop were very helpful and put a number of wheels against the van. I went away and thought about it and then the following day placed the order.

Faultless from start to finish.

Really good set of wheels and tyres, fitted at the time and date as discussed and found the team there to be very friendly and with sensible prices and a good approach to customers.

Thanks to all the team who helped with the order/fitting throughout.

5 star company.

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough, I always feel when it comes to customer service, you need to give credit where credit is due, the Team at Rogue Alloy from start to finish were exceptional. After I placed my order , which firstly was an excellent price, top quality and looked amazing in the pictures. I received a call shortly after they received the order clarifying the specifics of my order, all the way down to their recommendations, colour of the lettering on the tyres, sizes, looks, everything was all confirmed. I was supplied all the details of the delivery, when it will be going out and delivered, and it was absolutely spot on as they said. Lastly now the wheels and tyres are fitted to my van it has just transformed it. Brilliant product and top service. 👍

Looked around for new wheels 🛞 for my custom and eventually I decided to buy from Roguealloy , I'm so pleased I did as they were best price around , really helpful and give great advice and delivery was on time and also very helpful, highly recommended thanks guys

I bought wheels about two years ago. Called today to get some wheel spaces which needed replaced. They were posted to me the same day and arrived the following day free of charge. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks guys

Great product, communication and service. When we arrived for our wheels to be fitted it was found that the wheels we'd ordered were not in stock. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a free upgrade was offered. Can't recommend enough.

I contacted Chris at rogue alloys who went out of his to help and sent out some replacement plastic studs that I lost from my CC1 wheels. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Working to a tight schedule relocating from the UK to Sweden. All the staff at Rogue were so friendly the wheels and tyres look epic and we are ready for a 1500 mile trip into the wilderness next week now. Lovely people quality wheels and tyres and fantastic service. Use this company if you want everything done correctly. Plus free biscuits.

Fantastic to deal with, great advice and service well worth the drive to sort

They were all so friendly and helpful, especially the lady who stayed on the phone to guide us. There were tea and coffee facilities whilst you waited. Unlike most garages the wheels were changed in no time at all. And if you're a female the toilets were sparkling clean. They even help us find a garage after our van flashed up an issue on the way to them. Thanks guys

Disappointed with the guys, after leaving multiple messages gave up and went elsewhere , shame as were good in the past, never mind

The Company were very efficient and easy to deal with.
I ordered a full set of tyre and wheel combination new motor home Grand California.
They were delivered on a pallet as informed, with time and date that I was informed of.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
They have a vast range and are extremely helpful.

I've had ongoing issues with this company and have now reached the point where they no longer reply to messages and have blocked me on Facebook. I'm on my fourth set of hub bolts which have now rusted again ( camper rarely used) and despite numerous promises they have never sorted the rubbing issue on a wheel/tyre combination which doesn't fit. Very shortsighted of them really I have so many van and camper friends that I have diverted to alternative suppliers.

Brilliant website with plenty of wheel and tyre package options. Happened to be a discount code at the time of 10% which made the wheels more affordable.

From ordering to delivery the process was very easy and quick. Wheels fitted no problem and were already balanced.

Have had 1 problem since fitting due to causing damage myself in an accident to one of the face plates to the wheels. The lovely guys sent one out to me immediately.

Great service and highly recommended.
