The item is exactly as it's shown, great detail, the pop vinyl box is fully protected and the package was properly delivered safe and secured. And I'm glad I came across something that was cheaper than any other websites I've seen! :)

Made a pre order (Fully paid) but no response at all
Made a pre order (Fully paid) of a Charizard Ex box last January and up to now my order is not yet processed for shipping. So I wrote an email but got no answer after almost 10 days. When I visited their onlineshop today, Saw it is already available for Pickup at their Shop. Made an Paypal dispute and said it is not available yet in Australia but they could have explained their side with my inquiry before and yet not even a single hello was sent back as a reply. Beware for those going to order.

Wonderful Experiences
I’ve purchased multiple things this year and beside the times being long due to the companies like Funko taking pre-orders long in advance (which is not Rogues fault at all) everything has always shown up and with no faults whatsoever. I wish I could attach photos to prove my purchases. I enjoy buying from this store. I do already have pre-orders pending, and will be purchasing more in the future. This store is also sometimes the ONLY store in all of Australia to even stock overseas products.

I pre ordered months in advance for the One Piece Double Pack. Close to $500 only for them to cancel my order and only refund me .56 cents. They refuse to respond back to me. Stay away. I have the pictures that you only refunded 56 cents. Partial refund

Your payment was made via AfterPay, the refund was made in full and goes back to whatever payment system you used at the time, we cannot manually transfer you the funds, you need to contact the payment system that you used.
