Rogue Online Reviews

Bought some figures online that had almost no indication of it being a preorder, except for a small bit of text in the description. Purchased in Febuary, ETA was for April, now it's the end of September and there has been zero updates. Feels like I just got scammed.

Great site for ordering rare pops, The purchases always come professionally wrapped to avoid any damage especially since I order international and the customer service was very helpful as well with quick replies and sorting out any problems I had

First time buying with these guys and am more than happy with the result. Pop vinyl came in mint condition with a protective case and came very quickly. I had been looking for this one (special edition) for a birthday present and was extremely happy that they had it and at an excellent price. Have no hesitation using them again and would recommend to anyone!

Great store, always excellent service and on time delivery. Recommended above all other collectables stores in have dealt with

I've been buying Funko and TCG products from Rogue Online ever since 2020 and have never had any issues with the service provided. Always packaging things with care and quick if I needed help with anything. Will always be buying in the future.

Rogue is best site for pops and collectible’s! Been purchasing from Sia and his team for years and their products are always the best items!! Excellent customer service and Sia is always ready to give advice and suggestions!! A+++++

Sia and hes team are very professional and friendly.

Sia always keep us updated with the status of our preorders and replies extremely fast on Facebook.

Have been ordering Funko Pop Vinyls and protectors from this company for a few years now. Easy to deal with. Great communication. Pops always come nicely packed and with Pop Protectors, so they're always mint unless stated otherwise. Good place to find those hard to get Funko pops (grails) that you can only get from overseas or special events. Also started buying collectable cards from them too (One Piece and Yugioh)

I’ve been buying from rogue online for the past few years now and can’t fault anything. Customer service is one point and packaging is fantastic. Can’t think of anything negative. Will definitely continue to buy from them in the years to come!

Been buying off rogue for years. If we could we would give 100 stars

Scam online shop, very shady business, avoid buying from any cost. If you pre-order a product at a low price when it releases and the price increases, they will find a way to not ship it to you. They will say the product has been shipped but provide an incorrect tracking code. When you contact support and say you did not receive your order, they will not support you and quietly cancel your order and refund with low price. They simply keep those products and resell it at a higher price to make a profit. Don't buy or pre-order anything at this website. And their usually flag bad review on thi site, request website hide it to make their shop look legal, check another bad review you will see.

I highly recommend this company! They are super friendly and helpful, and I’m obsessed with their high quality protectors included with 4” pop purchases. Their packaging is always excellent!
