The product I ordered was correctly delivered.
I like the style, material and colour, but like most Rohan shirts there is always the fitting/shape/style of the collar that lets it down. Needs to be stiffer ,so that it doesn't fold and crumple.
Love the pop fasteners and placket.

The quality is good and the product fits well.
Disappointed to be charged postage to the Isle of Man why!

Rohan was the first company to give women walking gear that fitted in 1972. And we’re always happy to exchange or take back gear for a lot of reasons. I would like you to replace the zips in (security)pockets I won’t buy any more Roamers until you do.

Unfortunate experience in Chichester Store 3 days ago. (I am a long standing customer of Rohan)
Found a shirt in the sale on the rail, tried it on, looked good, price was right. When I tried to pay I was told that because the shirt didn't have its original swing tag with barcode on they wouldn't sell it to me (?)
No problem I said, the other size is still on the rail, surely you can take the barcode from that. Absolutely cant do that I was told as that would mess up the stock count (?)
I mentioned that as these were the last 2 in the shop, surely that could be worked through and if they couldn't sell it to me, then they couldn't sell it to anyone and it would have to be returned to the warehouse (unsold and untagged) .. and the sale ended next day anyway (?)
The manager got really quite rude, telling me I shouldn't suggest how he does his job. At which point In frustration at the sheer ridiculusnes of the situation I put the rest of my purchases, about £250 on the counter and walked out... witnessed by several other customers.
There used to be more Rohan stores about, less now, not surprised with an approach to customer service like this. Wont be going back again (went to M&S for my Large size blue linen Long Sleeve shirt instead)

Capri trousers are very comfortable. I love them. I found the payment system on the web site confusing. it takes you to various payment methods but not just simply paying with credit/debit card without going through paypal or similar. I didn't like that.

All went well, arrived in good time in perfect condition.

The trousers that I've purchased are the same quality of the trousers I've purchased right back for 20 years one big problem is the pockets are too short and my mobile phone keeps falling out
Because of that I've had to take it to our local clothes alterations and have the pockets made deeper

Great service quick delivery time. Quality product.

I have been buying Rohan clothing for more than 40 years and still look forward to the new catalogues when they come out. That have always maintained a high standard of manufacturing, up there with the best. It fits me well and it's ability to keep its shape and not need ironing is a big plus. I am still wearing Rohan garments I bought more than 30 years ago and even when I'm finished with it charity shops welcome it. Overall I highly recommend Rohan.

Another excellent product at a reasonable price in the sale. The shorts are so lightweight, so much so that i have bought two pairs in the different colours. I have been trying to cut down on the weight of my case when travelling, these two pair of shorts have helped. One pair of shorts that i normally would take weigh more than two of these. Very pleased with the product.

As always, excellent service with efficient delivery. On this occasion collected from the Stamford shop which is always good.

Easy online ordering and collection. Leggings are excellent quality

Delivery could not have been quicker, ordered on-line in the afternoon and collected in store the next morning. The microgrid zip neck top is nicely smooth to the touch and feels great next to the skin. I had to wait a while before wearing it, due to the British Summer heatwave. This is a good buy, specially at the sale price. A positive addition to my wardrobe, now to wait for Autumn.

The trousers are just what I was looking for, lightweight, not at all 'fussy', secure with zipped pockets, and a comfy fit. I may get another pair! And delivery was prompt. All round, I'm more than happy.

We visited the Lymington store in the week and purchased a men’s top which we are very pleased with. Whilst there we were also interested in another top but unfortunately there was not one in the correct size. However a very pleasant, helpful man (Mark I think?) looked online for but with no luck. He did say he would try and find us one from another store and today, fantastic news he has!!. What brilliant customer service 😊
