I visited the Stony Stratford store today as needed to replace an ‘old faithful ‘ Gilet which I had had for approx 15 years . I was greeted by both Carol and Dale , after asking them I was immediately offered the perfect replacement . They offered to explain the clothing system ( although I am aware of Rohan and is my go to shop , ery high quality , items have never let me down , Carol and Dale were fantastic , offering genuine advice ( Carol especially with sizing ) Was nice speaking ‘genuinely’ with no hard sales pitch , Even better when told about various discounts ( blue light , forces etc) Thank you very much Carol , Dale and Rohan ,, I will be seeing you all again in the near future

Easy to use the site . My order was dispatched and delivered quickly and item was as expected.

I can rarely find trousers to fit me, particularly ones to wear for walking. I am tall and usually the trousers don't fit in the rise. I prefer ones which fit on the waist and, for some reason, I have never been able to find any - until now!! We were taking a few days out and went into Long Preston where the sale reductions were excellent, so much so that I bought two pairs (having bought one online just the week before). Thank you Rohan for having trousers which fit on the waist. I will know where to come in future. (It would also be good if the length of the rise was listed in your size guide. No-one does it and I always have to email and ask this when buying online. It is so annoying as it is an essential part of the garment).

I bought some Rohan trousers at a reduced but nevertheless expensive price. Whilst travelling in Vietnam they started to tear at the seams in multiple places. Being in Vietnam I had to get them repaired. Upon checking with Rohan as to their guarantee which covers 100% they told me that now I had them repaired in Vietnam they were not eligible, which is a joke if they wanted me to send them from there for them to repair or replace them.

Update: apparently some confusion and replacement now offered.

Bought these trousers (black) for holiday travel, absolutely gorgeous. Have since bought the grey/beige & both sets have tops which I also purchased. Lovely comfortable set with trousers not being overly wide, so perfect for me. Would lovely to see more colours added please!

Very fast delivery, excellent products. Rohan feels like a premium brand, their gear is always understated but with excellent technical properties.

Today we went to the Rohan store in Stoney Stratford, Milton Keynes. I had a problem with some boots I had bought a few months ago. They exchanged without any quibble for a new pair. My wife also bought a pair of Oboz walking shoes. The customer service we received was exemplary, the best we have ever experienced anywhere. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is our go to store for outdoor clothing from now on. Thank you very much for the excellent service. See you again soon

First time purchaser. Trusted friend shipped here so heard about the store for the first time. Visited the site. Found several items for my wife in the afternoon and they were delivered the next morning!!! (London) loved the quality and feel the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend Rohan.

Rohan underwear – durability issue and complaint handling

I purchased around 20 pairs of Rohan underwear, including Merino & Aether, which was a significant expense for me. Over time, many of the items developed issues relatively quickly after purchase, particularly with the waistbands losing shape and becoming uncomfortable.

I raised concerns at the time, as the deterioration appeared much sooner than I would reasonably expect for underwear at this price point. The same issue occurred across multiple items, which suggests a broader durability problem rather than isolated wear and tear. I also own cheaper, older underwear that has not experienced the same issues.

I provided photographs and a full explanation of the faults. The response was that the items were too old and the issues were consistent with general wear and tear. A £40.80 goodwill gift card was offered instead, which relates only to my most recent purchase and does not reflect the number of affected items or the early onset of the problem.

While I understand there are limitations due to time passed, I would still expect a more balanced assessment where there is clear evidence of consistent early failure across multiple items.

I have now accepted the goodwill offer, but I remain disappointed with both the durability of the products and the handling of the complaint.

My recent experience with Rohan Customer services can only be described as excellent. I had cause to return a jacket which I purchased last June, due to a small unexpected manufacturing failure. The garment was replaced (without quibble) with a new one from their latest catalogue and because it was in the sale they made up the original value with a free pair of trousers.
I have no hesitation in buying more clothing from Rohan because they made a negative situation into a positive experience for me - Thank you Ellie

Good product, fair price, speedy delivery

Was outside the Rohan store in Inverness when I became unwell. The kind lady member of staff noticed my situation and came outside to check on my welfare and invited me inside to sit down so I could recover. My sincere apologies, but I didn't get her name, but she showed me such kindness with her consideration for me and later called 999 so that I could consult with the emergency services to discuss the symptoms I was feeling. After explaining my situation about how I was suffering, they said I should admit myself to Raigmore Hospital to undertake basic checks just to be sure. This kind lady called me a taxi and I immediately went to the hospital. I was seen by a triage nurse and my results were fine and was able to leave 3 hrs later. I don't shop at Rohan, but after my experience there, I can definitely say they have such courteous and polite staff and Rohan should be grateful they have wonderful people in their employment. May Rohan be successful and the staff there be richly blessed and rewarded in life. Thank you to everyone for your care.
