Rolec EV Issue
I recently experienced an issue with my Rolec EV charger and was very impressed with the service I received. I reported the fault and, the very next day, received a callback from Lukasz Wozniak, who quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged a solution. It was confirmed that a replacement EV charger was required under warranty.
Lukasz handled everything professionally and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout the process. It was reassuring to know that the issue was taken seriously and resolved so promptly. Great customer service and a completely hassle-free warranty experience. Highly recommended.
Rolec honoured their guarantee
I originally bought a Qubev smart which was great but after 18 months developed a defect and I could no longer program it. Rolec replaced the product free of charge with the latest Rolec Evo as it was still in guarantee and provide a new cable as the original was tethered. The replacement was easier to fit than the original.
Just make the chargers tap and go.
Overly complicated app.
Overly intrusive app requesting information about me that it doesn't need to have just to provide electricity for a vehicle.
Forced to prepay.
Unacceptable.

UNIT HAS BEEN FAULTY MULTIPLE TIMES
UNIT HAS BEEN FAULTY MULTIPLE TIMES AND ROLEC HAVE NOT SUPPORTED THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. I HAVE HAD BEEN INVOLVED WITH EMAILING ROLEC MYSELF BUT AFTER THE FIFTH REPORTED FAULT WITH THE UNIT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL
