Il mio consiglio è di procurarsi semplicemente il Roma Pass. È possibile entrare in Vaticano senza appuntamento.

La verdad que todo muy lindo los lugares que conocimos hasta la gente que nos guió para que conociéramos los puntos principales, me encantó todo roma y la atención

Bought the pass mainly for the skip the line option on the Vatican Museum and Colosseum plus Roman Forum.
Unfortunately after going to the Colosseum we had to join a security line for the Roman Forum. It had a single X-ray machine and would probably take 1h 30m to go through. We are 4, 2 children, and the line was in the sun, no shade, at 11am with 35 Celsius.
The pass for us 4 cost close to 400€, which is considerably more than the individual tickets for those sites, so I was expecting a speedier access. That’s the only reason I bought the pass, because I had children with me and wanted to make it manageable for them.

It’s was the second time we’ve bought Omnia Vatican card & Roma Pass. The website is so difficult to navigate. It kept switching between English & Italian and sending me to pages I’d already visited instead of the next stage. Eventually I received emails with the collection instructions - we followed these exactly only to find that there was a sign at the entrance saying “no tourists”. A policeman directed us all the way back round the building to another entrance where a lovely lady dealt with me. The instructions said I needed ID proof to pick up the cards but I didnt have to show any. Using the Roma pass was great especially on public transport but it got used a lot - had to show it multiple times at each attraction so in the heat it got very tatty very quickly as it’s only card. The plastic Omnia card was supposed to be used for the Vatican visits but no one ever looked at it and we didn’t use it to enter the museums either so a bit pointless. It was supposed to be able to be used on two of the sightseeing buses but they never seemed to be where we were & there was no way to track their route to see how long we’d need to wait. Frustrations aside, worth buying for the savings on attractions.

- Le fait de devoir aller chercher les pass.
- Le manque d’informations et de proposition de visite pour les courts séjours
- L’attente pour les bus touristiques
- L’impossibilité d’être remboursé même en cas de force majeur.
- les propositions de visites

La información recibida por mail respecto al horario de recogida de las tarjetas no era correcta, con lo cual estuve un día entero sin poder disfrutarlas. Fui a Roma con el viaje organizado y el tiempo justo para esa organización. Escribí por mail para intentar solucionarlo y no obtuve respuesta.

At this point we have only purchased the tickets, I sent an email asking a question and got a quick response, and the online purchase went through without a problem.

This card is useless didn't help me with nothing, there only 2 places to pick it, and they open just for couple hours. And very expensive for no reason. I will never buy them again.

Votre application est incompréhensible, j'ai acheté 2 carte omnia 72 heures mais je ne peux rien réserver.

I got 72 hours card and in the first day none of the offices were open. Even I mailed for some reservations, they didnt inform me. I couldn't use a whole day, also they were rude to me in information desk.

It is impossible to contact you.
It is impossible for us to get your card in Roma because we arrived at december 24, in the afternoon.
In your webmail site, it was said that we will get the card whitout coming in a special office in Rome.
So, too much for us.

Purtroppo non ho la certezza di consigliare questa card. Sinceramente l'ho trovata una promozione a metà. Se ti danno una cosa, poi non ne hai un'altra e visto che il costo totale è molto alto, non sono rimasta contenta come pensavo.
Ad esempio, ai musei vaticani salti la fila ma ti paghi l'audioguida che costa ben 8 euro.
A San Pietro hai compresa l'audioguida ma ti fai la fila.
Poi c'è la possibilità di prendere i bus turistici, ma non tutti, solo alcuni e comunque con tutto il traffico che c'è più di una volta non si rifà sicuramente l'esperienza. I giri inoltre sono molto limitati, si vede ben poco e lo capisco anche visto la difficoltà a spostarsi per le strade. Consiglio di ammirare Roma a piedi il più possibile.
Credo che se tornassi indietro non comprerei la card.
Il mio voto è comunque sufficiente perché l'assistenza sia nel punto fisico in Piazza pio XII che tramite mail o per telefono è stata ottima. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili.

Ma siamo in italia, oppure altrove!
