These guys are slimeballs. They sent a blanket marketing email to all purchasers, advising a 50% off coupon for providing an honest review of their product. I provided a 4 out of 5 star honest review. When I asked for the coupon, they told me that it only applies to 5 out of 5 services. So, you can only take advantage of the incentive. If you're leaving a five out of five starter view which is deceptive, that promotes inaccurate review. I would skip a company that deceives their consumers.By falsely reviewing their products huh

So I finally wanted to see what the big fuss was about with the Rose toy. I've heard from multiple friends who said that its a life changer.

Now that I come across here, I realized I have been scammed by the fake site as well. I bought an Altor Male Masturbator. It didn't function properly. After multiple back and fro, they promised to give me a 35% refund within a week's time. Now I wonder whether it's really going to happen. So beware.

The accessories were cheaply made. Nothing we got, in a full box of things, was really great. Just average at best. And it took a LONG time to get here. It shipped directly from China, which I did not know would happen.

I thought I was buying form the Official Rose toy site. This is a Chinese knock off site and you don't know that. Make sure you are buying from the real site.

Rosetoy-official.com is a scam site impersonating the legitimate RoseToyOfficial.com brand. They use a misleading domain name and branding to trick customers. When I tried to cancel my order after realizing the deception, they refused, then sent a fake “declaration” claiming they were authorized. I have screenshots I was unable to attach showing:
- A warning from the real Rose Toy brand
- Their fake email and bogus claims
- Domain data proving they are not affiliated.

They offered me a 10% discount or a 15% cancellation fee, on a product I didn’t want. This is manipulation, not customer service. I disputed the charge with my bank and am posting this to protect others. Do not trust this company.

Website is a scam. Products don't work, customer support is poor. Most reviews here are fake/misleading.

I recieved all my items very quickly. They were packaged very discretely and "undercover." Everything worked well and the charging took no tome at all.
