Just bought a property through Rothmore and had what I can only describe as the most pleasant experience I have ever had when dealing in this industry.

They talked me through their process, was very speedy and I basically kicked back and relaxed. I never really leave reviews anywhere but these guys went above and beyond to ensure me a smooth process.

I will only be using their team to buy property from this point onwards! WOW! Insanely good!

I sent a request for viewing for an apartment in Birmingham, someone from this agency rings me next day during my meeting I sent a text message then I'm being asked if I'm in the market to buy a property? (I mean obviously I've got so much time I keep driving for an hour to Birmingham just to view properties for fun) I was then told off for not confirming if I'm in the market to buy and then within 5 minutes was told the property is sold because I couldn't take the phone call while in work meeting. What a joke, utter clowns! These kind of dumb jokers should not be dealing with professionals and clearly need some people skills as an essential requirement to their day to day tasks. I wouldn't recommend these jokers to anyone for buying or selling. Avoid at each cost, no one wants to spent money for arrogant knobs who can not hold a conversation let alone making you trust them.
