I ordered two pair of “Tennessee” orange shorts. They arrived in just a couple of days. Appreciate the excellent delivery service. My husband and son love them.

Loving the watermelon shirt although might have chosen a cotton product if that had been present. Looking forward to getting the plus2s on the course!

“Express Delivery” arrived 5 days late, after receipt deadline
I ordered an item with express delivery (1-2 days) as I needed it for a specific event in 5 days’ time. The item did not arrive until the following week, at which point it was no longer required. Despite cancelling the order and sending the item back, the item was delivered again 2 days later. The entire process was frustrating and irritating, and the quality of the product remains unknown as it was late and never used. The delivery process was unacceptable and rendered the whole transaction pointless for everyone; a pity, as the product may well be excellent.
PS for clarity: after posting this review, I have been contacted by the company who in their reply to this review say that they will "make this right". What this means is that they have told me I can keep the item IF it is erroneously redelivered. It is no longer needed or wanted, so this really does not constitute making this right.

Thank you for updating your review, and we're really sorry that this experience left you so disappointed.
We just wanted to clarify that we didn't mean to imply that keeping the item was compensation. As mentioned in our email, we had already processed a full refund, and we simply wanted to let you know that if the parcel was still delivered despite our request to the courier to stop the delivery, there would be no need to return it.
We completely understand that this doesn't change the fact that the item arrived too late to be of any use, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
