I made contact with Tina at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days later…not sure who’s unit and was advised that if it was ok…it would ship and I would get tracking information…this is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checking…this is Chinese new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for Chinese new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom line…this company cares nothing whatsoever about their customers…only their money…save yours and shop somewhere else.

I ordered the Dominic002 wig in April 2022 and it didn't really look the same as the pic on the website but it was still a beautiful wig smells nice and feels soft. Out of all the wig companies lve ordered from rpgshow was the best one.even one year into wearing the wig I would still get compliments. The only issue that I have with this wig is that it sheds too much. This wig is too expensive to be shedding like that. Rpgshow needs to do something about it.

Long wait times no response from customer service going on week three no hair DO NOT ORDER

It was my first time buying the wig that cost $600.00 dollars and it was a beautiful 16 inch colorful blend so I paid extra. I bought it in June 2023 and by October 2023 it had some shedding and lost some length. I contacted RPGSHOW and we exchanged a few emails and I told them I loved the product but it shedded quite a bit! I provided before and after pictures per their request. They responded on how to provide great care going forward and gave me some credit to purchase another wig!!! I was so pleased that they took the time to communicate with me. My best friend has been a long time customer and I will remain with RPG as well! Great service goes a long way and RPGSHOW is number 1 with customer satisfaction!

I love this website. They make custom fit wigs to my head which has changed my confidence GREATLY! The wigs are great quality and so comfortable. I will never shop at another store again!

My experience with RPGshow for the past five years has been great. The wigs are beautiful and you will never have to worry on the quality. Their quality of wigs are above reproach, best of the best and top notch. The styles are beautiful and real looking. I would say each wig is worth every dollar. The customer care rep,Tina, is honest, knowledgeable and always there to make sure their customers are satisfied.

There are several pros and cons I experienced this is an honest and authentic review.
I spent $900 on the ash blonde wavy wig. It was expensive because I paid extra for the coloring, Full Lace, bleached the knots, and a “fake scalp”. The construction of the wig is beautiful and the lace quality was amazing no one could tell it was a wig even though I went from jet black (natural hair color) hair to ash blonde everyone thought I just dyed my hair. Now the hair it’s self was extremely damaged from over processing which is surprising because it took a month to receive the wig and the excuse was that they were taking they’re time processing the color to avoid damage. I ordered a 22 inch one month later it’s an 18inch wig because I had to keep trimming the ends so it the hair doesn’t look fried. It’s sheds like crazy which is expected because most blonde wigs does regardless of the quality. But my issue was that the shedding was actually the hair breaking off because it was so over processed. I believe that if I had ordered this wig exactly the same without the custom color the wig would last years but due to the hair being over processed and absolutely fried it didn’t last past one month. I’m likely going to have to cut it into a bob when I reinstall the wig which is unfortunate because I paid extra for length. Was it worth the $900? absolutely not. Would I say don’t order from Rpg show ? No but I would stick to black or darker shades because I personally had a bad experience with the hair quality.

I wanted to give a deserving updated review. I initially gave this wig a zero and was so upset that I spent so much money and the wig did not look like the picture. I even stated it was my worst wig ever and I own hundreds. I was so wrong. It did not have the perfect synthetic look but when I styled it - 20 minutes- it is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny.
The hair is healthy , soft, full and realistic. The scalp looks natural and it is glueless. I have received so many compliments that I wanted to make amends for the negative review. This is definitely a high quality wig , deserving of a excellent review . 5 star

I love the cap size-1 (circumference 21.5" - 22"). It’s a snug fit. The wigs that I’ve purchased are silky smooth and soft. You get a good wig when you purchase from RPGSHOW. They sale great quality wigs. I’ve purchased two and love both of them. I will be purchasing more.

Rpgshow hair is so good,raw donor hair and durable. Although my last purchase was delayed but as soon as I received my wig, I was so satisfied and happy

Absolute sham. The wig was the wrong color; they sent me an orange wig. They also sent the wrong size, 10 inches instead of 16 inches. I spent over £200 and waited for 4 weeks for a cosplay wig to turn up. They disguise themselves as an American wig company, but they are based in CHINA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This is one of the best experiences I had with a wig shop online. The selection of products is amazing, there is so many different styles, colors and all of them can be customized as well. The quality of the hair is excellent, I always ordered straight silky hair and I wear it every single day, the hair stays silky for a long time. I would also like to mention that their shipping is super fast, the wig always arrives in 7 days max, which is great because it is reliable and I can always count on it for certain events. The customer service is really good, fast response, always ready to assist. And as their customer I always enjoy the coupons:)

I ordered my new wig and before sending my wig, RPG sent me a picture of what my wig would look like. I asked if they could lighten it up and without hesitation they agreed. Before sending my new wig they sent another picture after lighting my wig just to make sure I was satisfied! After receiving my wig I was in love with it!!I love RPG's great customer satisfaction !!

Wig looked like a bunch of pigeons had an orgy on it. Awful! Customer service did not care that i was unhappy refused to give refund. Hair is no different than them cheap 200 dollar AliExpress wigs. Just has a jacked up price

The wig is not as described I ordered styledbyemelia and I got sent a Bob cut that was not cut very well and the hair not full.
Also the knots were not bleached and the lace was not great.

Communication was poor and it took a long with me constantly chasing, so poor .

The wig are expensive I won’t be purchasing again !

Absolutely good quality hair and easy install. Everything came as described as always. Definitely my favorite wig store so far.

This is my second time ordering from RPGSHOW and I have to admit they consistently send the best hair: the hairline is impeccable and they bleach the knots to perfection. Additionally, the hair quality is superb and their customer service team is very responsive.
