Never Disappointed
I have been purchasing units from RPGShow for 4 years now and over time I have come to realize that you get what you pay for. Yes, they are pricey, but again you get what you pay for because the quality is there. Yes it may take a while to receive the unit if it is custom made, but you will want to allow that time to insure that you receive a unit that is just as you ordered. Customer Service is outstanding, I always receive pictures prior to shipment for my approval and communication is always friendly and accommodating. You can find cheaper units that you can receive in a matter of days, but trust me, there’s no comparison.

I have been very pleased with my RPGshow. I like how their company website gives the opportunity to customize wigs, such as deep bleaching and hairline options. Their wigs are lovely and the hair washes well and wears well. RPGShow also has a wonderful customer service department!

Love RPGSHOW hair.
Customer service is great-always got back to me quickly. Hair is of good quality, lace melts in your skin and you dont have to worry about walking around with that noticeable horrible smell. The price isn't cheap but it helps that they have coupons you can use. Ordinary person here. Will continue to purchase! I gave 4 stars bc I had to bleach my knots myself.

Expensive but worth the price ..
I have bought 7 units from RPG show...there units are quite expensive so I buy from their clearance section..The quality is stilI good... ..I bought a unit that I was quite disappointed with but I was able to return it and purchase another ...They did give me the option of full return as well ..They are a trust worthy company in my opinion.

So Soft and Natural-Looking!
Really good quality hair! It’s so soft, and the lace melts right in, you barely need to do anything to it at all. They also do costumesation which is a +. The only downside for me is that the cap is a bit small, so if you have a lot of hair or a larger head size, I definitely recommend choosing the large cap option.

They are scammers. They never send the tracking number and give you no information about your package. They only ask for more private information to steal your personal data. I’m truly in deep appreciation of their high standards for hair products - their wigs are professionally and beautifully made. The options of hair color, texture and length are diverse, which makes it that much easier to choose from whatever style you may prefer. These wigs are a true investment if you want a sustainable product - lasting anywhere from 6months to 1 year + - depending on how you take care of it 🤗

Stop buying fast, invest instead
PLEASE believe me when I tell you THAT IF you invest in a higher quality wig/ from the beginning (RPGSHOW) it will pay you back x10. You WILL SAVE $$$.
You will not need a fast, 2- day prime delivery unit, before that special event, because you will already have a luxurious RPGSHOW unit waiting in the box in your drawer/closet. Save $$ and stress and just get one now...
I understand that having the $$$, the trust and the hindsight to purchase a sophisticated unit/wig is a privilege.
And as a consumer, and an intermittent wig wearer, I was nervous to pivot away from what was cheap and fast, BUT after switching to RPGSHOW, I'm sticking with their handmade, sophisticated wigs. Great customer service too!

What made my experience great was the customer service! I was emailed to let me know that my order was in progress and the estimated time frame it may arrive. They also advised if I had any concerns to respond back. When I responded that I would need the order to arrive a couple days before the expected delivery date, they advised they would do their best to have it done. Not only did I receive a beautiful unit, it was also delivered before the date I needed it!

I always get my wigs from RPG show. I've tried other wig companies because the wigs are cheaper, but in the end I'm never happy with them. I may pay a little more with RPGSHOW wigs but they literally are worth every penny!

Birthday Present Ruined by the RSPGShow
My daughter bought me a wig from this company for my 50th birthday. They advertised a $409 wig. After she placed the order they contacted her and asked for $150 more or they`ll used a cheaper hair to make her a wig. My daughter explained that she was on a budget considering this wig was already over $500 she thought she will get a good product.
Its Pure Trash . The style its called balayage and what we received its a brown with a very burnt fried highlight and a line of orange .Very thin hair unmanageable i haven`t use this wig because i am unable to stylish it with out getting chuncks of hair falling off the wig .
My daughter tried to contact them to make this deal right but they offer $40 refund then $80 and a coupon for $150 in case we want to keep buying your poor quality products. I don`t think so.
I`m offering anyone that wants to tried or evaluate the quality or styled of this wig to contact me.
