Birthday Present Ruined by the RSPGShow
My daughter bought me a wig from this company for my 50th birthday. They advertised a $409 wig. After she placed the order they contacted her and asked for $150 more or they`ll used a cheaper hair to make her a wig. My daughter explained that she was on a budget considering this wig was already over $500 she thought she will get a good product.
Its Pure Trash . The style its called balayage and what we received its a brown with a very burnt fried highlight and a line of orange .Very thin hair unmanageable i haven`t use this wig because i am unable to stylish it with out getting chuncks of hair falling off the wig .
My daughter tried to contact them to make this deal right but they offer $40 refund then $80 and a coupon for $150 in case we want to keep buying your poor quality products. I don`t think so.
I`m offering anyone that wants to tried or evaluate the quality or styled of this wig to contact me.

Quality isn't what it used to be
I've been an RPG show customer since 2011 and have not tried any other wig company. I typically alternate between wigs and braids, mainly wearing wigs and I keep my glueless wigs well maintained; no blow drying, limited heat styling, air dry, finger detangle, I don't sleep in them, condition weekly etc. They usually last me about a year or more. At first all of RPGShow's glueless wigs were full lace then over the years they added tracks to the majority of the wig which was fine as I only wear middle or side parts. The last wig however that I purchased in 2023 I believe was my second Touchedbytim006 or 005 wig tangled and shed so terribly that I would have hair all over my home, the tangling would be so significant that it would embarrassing in public when i took off my jacket etc. I contacted them and they said that perhaps it was due to overprocessing and long shipping time as I ordered a Jet black wig so they offered to send me a natural black wig replacement for free which was great customer service. Unfortunately, that wig also had extreme tangling and shedding and the ends looked fried and had many split ends also over time the natural black wigs turn into a dark brown dull colour. I reached out again and they offered to send me a kit which included a special detangling comb and products but they didn't work. It's unfortunate that at this point I have to find another wig company as I can't take that risk again. $500+ is too much to spend on a wig that sheds and tangles to that extent that is full of split ends. I considered switching to another model but I'm afraid that I'll have the same issues and I'll be out anther $560 having to replace it.

I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND RPGSHOW WIG!
So disappointed after watching many YouTube reviews about rpgshow wigs for years I finally decided I was going to invest in what I thought was going to be a high quality wig that would last me roughly 1 year. I brought the wig on 28/08/25 I paid £353.32 and received it on 8/9/25. Well! When I got the wig my first impression was wow the hair looked amazing, it was so good that I over looked the fact that I asked for dark brown lace and got light brown/white lace, I was willing to tint the it myself. Anyway I tried the wig on and it was too small but I made it work as I know that sending wigs back is a whole other drama that I really couldn’t be bothered to deal with so I made it work. Fast forward to only 3 days later I washed and water dyed the hair black and noticed that the skin had a lot of hair in the plug whole, at first i thought it was my daughters hair but then when i started running my fingers through the wig lots of hair was coming out i could not believe it, how was this happing after years of watching YouTubers review them online saying nothing but good things to finally be able to blow some money on an expensive wig for it to be worse than a £80 wig I got from Ashimary is crazy to me. I now have gaps in the lace where the hair has come out so much. I sent them a WhatsApp message and I’m waiting to see what they say, I have also checked with my bank to see what my options are and they have told me to reach out to RPG show first then if that doesn’t work I can reach out to them and possibly get my money back as I paid with my credit card and it seems the company is a scammer. Let’s hope RPGshow have a conscience and give me my money back. I would not recommend this company.
Update: 15/09/25
They got back to me and have offered me a new lace frontal. Hopefully this will be better than what I originally got. Will keep you updated when it arrives.

STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY REPLACEMENT FRONTAL SO IV ASKED FOR A REFUND. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM HERE... GOOD LUCK

Do not buy from them
The wig was improperly sewn, huge gap in the wig, the smell was so bad. Tolerable after 30 washes, no exaggeration. They took the wig bag and fixed the gap, by making the custom unit smaller, so it didn't fit. The wig was 600. They did not give me another wig. They did a horrible job fixing the problem. I regret ever buying a wig from them. They are not honorable. Do not spend any money on this company. My daughter had a good wig from them, so I thought I would too. I didn't. Please dont take a chance, we deserve better

Great customer service
The wig color looked a bit different from the one on the site but due to my specific request they sent me a picture before shipping it and I approved of the slightly different shade since it was quite pretty as well. The CS reps were also very helpful throughout my order.
In terms of the wig quality, its great! I've gotten a lot of compliments wearing it! The only thing I noticed is that the curls don't hold very well when I style it. Other than that I have no complaints!

Custom wig review
Custom wig review! I do not recall the exact name of the wig but it’s a Dominic wig, that I custom colored blonde. It’s really nice!
Csr service: working with ADA is great, she’s detailed, thorough and makes recommendations and suggestions that make sense and that I wasn’t thinking about, she’s very good.
Processing: this is where the ✨ ⭐️ stars dropped off, it takes entirely too long to make my wigs who wants to wait 30-55 plus days just for their wig to be made and then shipped. @RPGshow please improve your custom process timing.
Wig: I like the outcome of the wig. What I notice is the hair on the closure is different from the rest of the wig. Different in that the quality isn’t as good as the wefts. With blonde wigs I feel you all should provide guidance on how to maintain these units. The blonde wigs dry out, they get brassy over time, should the wigs be stored away when not worn or on a mannequin head?. Im not a fan of the draw string concept, I don’t feel it works well. Theres know option to upload photos.

Misleading photos, scam site
I just recieved a wig that looks absolutely nothing like the wig that I ordered. Not only that, there are extremely visible tracks at the top of the wig, for over $200, this is unacceptable. I feel totally scammed and angry that they mislead customers like this. Do not waste your money on these wigs and look somewhere else.

Unwearable for £292!!
I purchased a wig on clearance that was customisable. And no it wasn’t from your RPG Outlet! The wig I got from the outlet was just fine! Lasted well over a year! This wig from RPG show was ordered with brown lace, they sent white. Hair colour supposed to be natural it was black! I contacted them with pictures of what was expected and what I got, I didn’t even bother complaining about the hair colour at this point as I just needed the lace to be a colour I could wear! They finally offered I return for them to dye the lace, return postage paid by me, or £30 and I keep the wig and get the lace dyed. I reluctantly opted for the £30, as of today, still waiting for a reply and my £30. So from the time I ordered the wig until now I’ve not been able to wear it! Ordered around 17 July! Now end of August it sits in the box. Could have gotten the same for half the price from any other wig seller online but went with them because the first one I bought from the outlet lasted for over a year. So I’m not buying from them again! Almost £300 I do not have to throw away! Well they replied. They emailed me a pdf that was supposed to be proof they sent the refund of £30 to cover the cost of colouring the lace. It’s never been received and now I’m having my bank pursue. To top it off the wig is shedding like crazy so not the quality they had before. Such a shame very disappointed. Ours not about £30 it’s about trust! Would have highly recommended previously but not anymore. The sad thing is the hair quality seems really nice, but the wig making quality is not. I should have waited until I got to my supplier in NYC.

I ordered a non custum wig (clearance) 4days ago.. when i looked at my invoice at the bottom it had highlights for * about us and *customer service.. when u click on highlights it does NOTHING.. so i looked and saw their number.. clicked to call on THAT and its disconnected so i then tried to chat, which they have as another way of contacting them besides email and tho it says they will * respond after a few minutes.. they HAVENT and it was never answered(all day-no response).. my email also went unanswered so they basically are NOTHING what they claim to be
