Best wig I’ve ever owned
I bought a wig from this company 2 months ago and it looked beautiful. I hesitated to write a review because I wanted to be sure that the quality could hold up especially after washing and restyling it. I wore the wig on a 2 weeks trip to Asia where it was hot and humid. And it held up. I washed it and restyled it twice and it looks and feels just like new each time. I can confidently say this is the best wig I’ve ever owned and have received so many compliments for it. The plus is the complimentary gift I received which included a beautiful scarf.

Poor service if you have an issue
Yes, the quality of the hair is great - hands down but that is about it. The company is very helpful when you are buying but horribel when something goes wrong.
The return paragraph is just there to make you feel ok.
UPDATE: Issues resolved via my credit card carrier - directly.
I ordered my second unit from them an ordered the pre-cut lace service. The unit was great EXCEPT the pre-cut lace. The cutter just cut all the lace without regards for side burns - it was cut with the skill of a 5 year old.
I immediately contacted them with several pics of my unit vs the unit shown online WITH hair on the sides. I got basically a ball cap of hair with no real options to style the hair up or back.
They finally followed up and let me know they were closed over the weekend and to cancel my PayPal case and they were sorry and would help me. I was gullible and canceled case and then yup they tried to flip the scrip and offer $20 and to keep the useless wig.
I contacted PayPal and that is not a legal practice - DO NOT CLOSE YOUR case ever - I wish I had this advice. There is a work around if they do not comply with a full return at this point - thank you PayPal for the info. and this type of behavior goes on the sellers file.
I wanted an exchange originally because as I said the unit was amazing otherwise. I no longer thrust then doing an exchange so I have asked for a full refund and will purchase the unit without any lace cutting separately.
The fact I was not trying to get money back and took time to take pictures and explain should have been enough to work with me as a valued customer - which I guess I am not.
LESSON - Get your unit, inspect it carefully. File a claim if there is an issue and talking gets you no response. DO NOT CANCEL your claim until the refund or exchange has completed. No matter what they say.

I have been wearing RPG Show units since being diagnosed with alopecia in 2010. The quality and continuous product improvement are superb, so I prefer them over other companies. The new FIT 2.0 cap is amazing for people with alopecia due to the snug fit. Customer service is the best. The talented stylists can customize units based on specs and pictures. Using RPG as my only wig company has eased the anxiety of having alopecia, knowing I can get custom-quality units at a reasonable price.

RPG Show girlie for over 7 years
I’ve been an avid RPG Show girlie for over 7 years now. The latest wig I purchased was the Estelle002 - a cute auburn colored bob. Of course, RPG Show quality is nothing short of amazing and this wig follows suit. The color is just like the picture, the cut is perfect, and the feel of the hair is nice and silky (200% density). I use to drop $500-600 on RPG Show…
I use to drop $500-600 on RPG Show easily every few months for way too often for YEARS 5+ yrs. But, recently I stopped purchasing from them because they stopped caring about what kind of quality they were sending me. It happened for my last 3 wigs in a row. I’d come to the belief they changed management or ownership bc my last 3 purchases had not been good quality. Not even to put on to attempt to fix it myself or invest the time/money it takes to fix it at my local beauty salon, or the inconvenience to return it (especially if it was bought at a discount rate). So, I switched to Hairvivi, they’re more expensive but I haven’t gotten any bad wigs from them ‘yet’. It’s been about a year since I left RPG Show but I want to return so bad to try the new Max wigs with the cut out ears and detachable combs /velcro . But, it gives me anxiety bc I spent soooo much money with them and they ended up not caring about me after a while or asking how to fix it.
Problems I started experiencing with RPG show wigs that made me leave:
Sometimes bad cut , wigs cut crooked this is fixable. I would take it to a hairstylist (pay extra) to fix it.
Lines of demarkation on colored wig examples: Ombre wigs or balayage wigs colors not blended well. Terrible problem to deal with but sometimes fixable with make up or sharpie pen.
Hair tracks not fully sown on to the end. Easy enough fix but shows inconsistency and an Inconvenience to me.
Hair sown in uninformed directions causing hair dents to make hairs lay down in usual directions. This was the WORST of all the problems and require wig deconstruction, than a reconstruction. This problem makes the wig unwearable, just throw the whole wig away. Too too difficult to fix.I purchased one of these from RPG show and because it was a discounted wig I could not return it for a refund or store credit. The wig was still in the hundreds of dollars.
You have asked why Hairvivi? Bc they currently offer the same quality of wigs you use to make when I 1st started purchasing from RPG Show 5+ years ago. That’s why.

It's a hit or miss with their wigs
It's a hit or miss with their wigs. The last wig I received about a month ago. It was beautiful for about 3 weeks. After that I could not do anything with it. The tangling was so bad it looked like a rats nest. I will not be ordering from any of their sites again. Rpgshow, Rpgoutlet or MyFirstWig!

The WORST wig company
The WORST wig company! Don’t believe the YouTubers promoting them they get different Wigs from what we buy! I bought a week from them for $500 and the Wig I bought was supposed to be customised with bleach nots… but it wasn’t bleached and I paid extra for the customisation as well. Also I bought it dyed and when I washed it a whole bunch of black dye was running out of it. I washed it about five times and it still runs heavily black! It also tangles and sheds immensely and I literally just bought it a month ago and I’ve only worn it twice and this is everything I’ve gone through… just terrible!!

Terrible company/Terrible customer service
I’ve ordered from this company before. No problems in the past. Now… Terrible company! They do not live up to their promise. I ordered a wig and once I received, I immediately wanted to send it back. It was nothing like the picture and I paid over $600.00 for this wig. I emailed the customer service email requesting to send back. They requested pictures for proof I guess so I sent it over. They stopped responding. I emailed and emailed and never received a response. I did not want to write this review because I know how bad it can hurt a business but this is ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.
